Source text - English Heat recovery steam generator
The CCPP assembly consists of resuperheating three-circuit CS (Compressor Station) of horizontal profile and barrel type with natural circulation, supplied by foreign companies.
The HRSG generates steam utilizing the heat of exhaust gases coming out from the Gas Turbine Plant (GTP).
The steam from the boiler is supplied to a single steam turbine.
The boiler is gas-proof. All heating surfaces are made of pipes with external helical finning. The high-pressure boiler superheater and live-steam reheater contain steel-alloy pipes, and the rest of the heating surfaces are made of carbon steel.
The following heating surfaces are sequentially located along the gas flow in the CS:
- integrated live-steam reheater and high-pressure boiler superheater;
- high-pressure evaporator;
- integrated medium pressure superheater and high-pressure economizer (second stage);
- low-pressure superheater;
- medium-pressure evaporator;
- medium/high-pressure economizer;
- low-pressure evaporator;
- condensate gas heater.
The CS is provided with one barrel for each pressure circuit. A number of foreign companies manufacturing compressor stations provide low-pressure barrels with integrated deaerators.
The main functions of the barrels are:
- separation of saturated steam from steam-water mixture coming out of the evaporator;
- receiving excessive water from the evaporator at the start-up;
- evaporation of dissolved salts in the water/steam circuit;
- maintenance of required water quality;
- provision of short-term water supply for the purposes of regulation.
To ensure maintenance of required steam quality, the barrels are provided with the following:
- steam separation system;
- feedwater distribution system;
- blow-down system;
- chemical dosing system.
The boiler is supplied with a flue pipe.
The flue pipe is single-barrelled and made of carbon steel. External heat insulation is provided in order to prevent corrosion. To reduce heat loss from the boiler after turning it off for a long period, an electrically driven multislide gate is installed on the pipe. In emergency mode the slide gate is in open position.

В составе ПГУ принят трехконтурный КУ с промежуточным перегревом пара, горизонтального профиля, барабанного типа с естественной циркуляцией поставки инофирм.
Котел-утилизатор вырабатывает пар за счет утилизации тепла выхлопных газов, поступающих в него после ГТУ.
Пар от котла подводится к одной паровой турбине.
Котел – газоплотный. Все поверхности нагрева выполняются из труб с наружным спиральным оребрением. В пароперегревателе высокого давления и в промежуточном пароперегревателе используются трубы из легированной стали, а остальные поверхности нагрева – из углеродистой стали.
По ходу газа в КУ последовательно расположены следующие поверхности нагрева:
- совмещенные промежуточный пароперегреватель и пароперегреватель высокого давления;
- испаритель высокого давления;
- совмещенные перегреватель среднего давления и экономайзер высокого давления (вторая ступень);
- перегреватель низкого давления;
- испаритель среднего давления;
- экономайзер среднего/высокого давления;
- испаритель низкого давления;
- газовый подогреватель конденсата.
В КУ предусматривается по одному барабану для каждого контура давления. Ряд инофирм-изготовителей КУ предусматривает в барабане низкого давления встроенный деаэратор.
Основные функции барабанов следующие:
- отделение насыщенного пара от пароводяной смеси, выходящей из испарителя;
- прием избыточной воды из испарителя во время пуска;
- выпаривание растворенных солей в водяном/паровом контуре;
- поддержание необходимого качества воды;
- обеспечение краткосрочного запаса воды для целей регулирования.
Для гарантии поддержания необходимого качества пара барабаны снабжаются следующим:
- системой сепарации пара;
- системой распределения питательной воды;
- системой продувки;
- системой химдозирования.
В поставку с котлом входит дымовая труба.
Дымовая труба котла выполнена из углеродистой стали, одноствольная. Для предупреждения коррозии предусмотрена наружная теплоизоляция. Для уменьшения потерь тепла из котла после отключения на длительный период на трубе устанавливается многозаслоночный шибер с электроприводом. В аварийном режиме шибер находится в открытом положении.

Source text - English Sooner or later, every successful company starts thinking of entering new, fast growing markets. As a rule, the more large-scale a project is, the more interesting perspectives there are connected with it. Our company has been producing so called geoinformation systems for various corporate clients for quite a while. And suddenly we realized that our seemingly ancillary product, which at the time was an electronic city map, might be in demand by numerous users as well as by advertisers. Today our business directory accompanied by a special geographic map is our primary product. In the process of its development we can envision a multitude of ways our products can be applied. Ultimately, this will enable us to launch new products.
But far not every idea is valuable enough to be dealt with seriously. The one which is worthwhile, however, does not like to wait. If you don’t develop it to its full potential somebody else will. Computer mouse, for example, gained popularity and widespread use largely due to Microsoft, IBM and Apple, but not Xerox that was the first company to see the product’s potential, but failed to realize it.
Translation - Russian Каждая успешная компания рано или поздно рассматривает возможность выйти на новые быстрорастущие рынки. Как правило, чем масштабнее проект, тем больше связанных с ним интересных перспектив. Мы в свое время делали для различных предприятий так называемые геоинформационные системы. И в один прекрасный момент поняли, что наш, казалось бы, побочный продукт — электронная карта города — может быть востребован многими пользователями и рекламодателями. Сегодня справочник организаций с картой городов 2ГИС — наш флагманский продукт. Развивая его, мы видим множество вариантов применения своих разработок. В конце концов это дает возможность запускать новые продукты.
Но далеко не каждая идея ценна настолько, чтобы ею всерьез заниматься. Та же, которая этого заслуживает, ждать не любит: если вы ее не разовьете в полной мере, это сделает кто-то другой.
