Personen, die beruflich mit krebsauslösenden Stoffen umgehen und Raucher haben ein erhöhtes Risiko, einen Tumor in der Harnblase zu entwickeln. Blasenkrebs verläuft in den ersten Stadien sehr häufig ohne Symptome. Als Folge entdecken Ärzte den Krebs bei einem Drittel der Patienten erst, wenn der Tumor invasiv in die Blasenwand wächst.
In diesem Stadium ist die Behandlung komplizierter und die Heilungschance geringer. Früh entdeckt ist Blasenkrebs dagegen gut und schonend behandelbar. Für die Früherkennung von Blasenkrebs steht ein einfacher Urintest zur Verfügung, der nach 10 Minuten ein negatives oder positives Testergebnis anzeigt. Die Urinprobe kann zum Arzt mitgebracht oder in der Praxis abgegeben werden. Inzwischen können Ärzte die Konzentration des Blasenkrebs-Markers sogar genau messen, was eine noch bessere Risikoeinschätzung erlaubt.

Люди, которые в связи со спецификой работы вынуждены контактировать с канцерогенными веществами, а также курильщики имеют повышенный риск развития опухоли мочевого пузыря. Довольно часто на первых стадиях рак мочевого пузыря протекает бессимптомно. Вследствие этого врачи диагностируют рак у одной трети пациентов только на стадии, когда опухоль начинает расти в толщу стенки мочевого пузыря (инвазивный рак). На этой стадии заболевания процесс лечения осложняется, а шансы на излечение уменьшаются. Напротив, при выявлении рака мочевого пузыря на ранней стадии заболевание легко поддается лечению с применением щадящей терапии. Для раннего выявления рака мочевого пузыря применяется простой анализ мочи, который уже через 10 минут дает отрицательный или положительный результат. Пациент может принести с собой пробу мочи или сдать мочу на анализ непосредственно на приеме у врача. В настоящее время врачи могут достаточно точно определить концентрацию маркеров рака мочевого пузыря, что позволяет провести более точную оценку факторов риска.

Source text - English The clinical experience with X is limited to phase I, randomised, double blind, placebo-controlled, dose escalation clinical study of X in healthy volunteers with single intravenous (i.v.) infusions. In the FIM study, Х was administered to healthy volunteers as single i.v. infusions. Six groups of 10 subjects each were included. In each group, seven subjects received Х and three were given placebo. The study was designed primarily to investigate the safety and tolerability but also pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics of Х.
Translation - Russian Клинический опыт применения препарата Х ограничивается рандомизированным двойным слепым плацебо-контролируемым исследованием фазы I с повышением дозировки X, которое проводилось на здоровых добровольцах с применением однократного внутривенного (в/в) введения препарата. В первом исследовании препарата на людях Х вводили здоровым добровольцам путем однократных внутривенных вливаний. В исследование были включены шесть групп по 10 пациентов в каждой. В каждой группе семи пациентам вводили препарат Х, а трем — плацебо. Исследование было разработано в первую очередь для изучения безопасности и переносимости, а также фармакокинетики (ФК) и фармакодинамики препарата Х.
