Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsi dan menganalisis implementasi pengelolaan anggaran dana desa di Desa Pasir Panjang Kecamatan Arut Selatan Kabupaten Kotawaringin Barat khususnya dana desa dan alokasi dana desa dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penatausahaan, pelaporan dan pertanggungjawaban, selain itu juga untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan kendala yang dihadapi pemerintah desa dalam mengirnplementasi pengelolaan anggaran dana desa khususnya dana desa dan alokasi dana desa. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data primer diperoleh dengan wawancara terhadap lnforman kunci : Kepala Desa, Sekretaris Desa, dan Bendahara Desa Pasir Panjang. Teknik analisis data yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Irnplementasi pengelolaan anggaran dana desa Pasir Panjang belum maksimal dari sisi perencanaan dan pelaksanaan. Musyawarah desa sebagai salah satu langkah proses perencanaan tidak melibatkan seluruh unsur lembaga masyarakat yang ada di Pasir Panjang. Dari sisi Pelaksanaan belum maksimal karena tidak semua anggota Tim Pelaksana Kegiatan bekerja sesuai tugasnya, tetapi dirangkap oleh anggota yang lain, karena kapabilitas yang kurang memadai.

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the Implementation of village fund management at Pasir Panjang village on Arut Selatan district in Kotawaringin Barat Regency, especially village fund and village fund alocation in planning, implementing, admistrating, reporting and responsibility. Besides, this study was also aimed to analyze and describe the barriers faced by Pasir Panjang government located on Arut Selatan district in Kotawaringin Barat Regency in implementation of village fund management, especially village fund and village fund allocation. The research method used in this study was descriptive qualitative research. Primary data was obtained through interview with the key informants were the chief, secretary, and treasurer of village government in Pasir Panjang. Data analysis technique in this study was Miles and Huberman interactive model. The result of this study showed that implementation of village fund management in Pasir Panjang has not been maximal in planning and implementing village fund. Village discussion as one of the planning steps has not involved the whole social foundations in Pasir Panjang. In implementation, it also has not been maximal because not all members of executive team work as the job description. Nevertheless, some responsibilities were done by other members due to the lack of capability.
