Source text - English Labour Inspections is formal task of the labour inspectors. The social partners have the rights to give recommendation to any party in labour inspection framework, but not to inspect company.
Looking back into the bigger picture, the objective of social dialogue is to find outcomes to social-economic/ industrial relation issues through a cooperative dialogue between stakeholders’ representatives (bipartite or tripartite).
Certainly, not all of the existing issues can be tackled by the representatives. That is why it is important to tackled issues that have higher priorities.
One of the goals of these company visits is to see first hand the issues on company level. From the workshop/training on labour law, the participants should have sufficient knowledge about labour law that every party (employer and worker) should comply. With the questionnaire that is already prepared before hand, the tripartite forum representatives should be able to mine necessary information from the company; such as which labour law condition the company has not fulfilled yet and industrial relation issues that the company have.
Translation - Indonesian Pengawasan Ketenagakerjaan (labour inspection) adalah tugas resmi dari pengawas ketenagakerjaan.Para mitra sosial memiliki hak untuk memberikan rekomendasi kepada perusahaan atau petugas pengawas dalam hal pengawasan ketenagakerjaan, tetapi tidak untuk melakukan pengawasan ke perusahaan itu sendiri.
Melihat kembali ke gambaran yang lebih besar, tujuan dari dialog sosial adalah untuk menemukan hasil untuk sosial-ekonomi / industri masalah hubungan melalui dialog kerjasama antara perwakilan pemangku kepentingan '(bipartit atau tripartit).
Tentu saja, tidak semua permasalahan yang ada dapat diatasi (dibahas) oleh wakil-wakil dari pihak bipartit atau tripartit. Itulah sebabnya sangat penting untuk mengutamakan isu-isu dengan prioritas tinggi.
Salah satu tujuan dari kunjungan perusahaan adalah untuk melihat langsung masalah pada tingkat perusahaan. Dari lokakarya / pelatihan tentang hukum perburuhan, para peserta harus memiliki pengetahuan yang memadai tentang hukum perburuhan dan bahwa setiap pihak (pengusaha dan pekerja) harus mematuhi hukum. Dengan kuesioner yang sudah disiapkan sebelumnya, perwakilan forum tripartit harus mampu untuk mendapatkan informasi yang diperlukan dari perusahaan, seperti kondisi hukum ketenagakerjaan apa yang perusahaan belum penuhi dan masalah hubungan industrial apa yang perusahaan sedang hadapi.
