Bio
I was born in Bangladesh. My home language is Bengali and Sylheti. My education was in English. I have graduated in Dentistry from Dhaka University in Bangladesh. I migrated to USA in 1982 and to UK in 1990. I have a Diploma in Management Studies from UK. I have worked in Local authorities and voluntary organisations. I was co-ordinator of Translations and Interpreting Service of Bristol City Council for 10 years.

As a freelance Translator, I have translated thousands of documents in all types. I deliver translations in identical layouts as the original without any additional charge.

As an Interpreter, I work with various reputable national agencies for over 25 years.

I am a keen reader and writer in Bengali language. My writings have been published in national newspapers in Bangladesh. I have taught Bengali to young children in the UK.
