Source text - Indonesian Sejarah manusia dalam tiga gelombang perubahan, yaitu:
1. Era manual, adalah suatu zaman dimana faktor dominan dari manusia yang dibutuhkan untuk mengelola sistem industri tradisional adalah otot. Produktivitas ditentukan oleh kekuatan energi fisik yang dimiliki pekerja.
2. Era mesin industri, suatu zaman dimana faktor dominan dari manusia yang dibutuhkan untuk mengelola sistem industri adalah keterampilan bekerja dengan menggunakan mesin. Produktivitas ditentukan oleh tingkat keterampilan pekerja dalam mengatur serta mengoperasikan mesin-mesin industri untuk menghasilkan keluaran kerja yang sebanyak-banyaknya per satuan waktu kerja dibantu oleh mesin industri.
3. Era pengetahuan, pengetahuan telah menjadi modal virtual yang sangat menentukan perkembangan dan pertumbuhan organisasi. Tiga ciri karakteristik tatanan kehidupan di era pengetahuan, yaitu:
a. Informasi/pengetahuan mudah diperoleh dan sekaligus dapat kadaluwarsa dengan cepat.
b. Permasalahan yang terjadi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari semakin kompleks.
c. Pola perubahan dalam bidang-bidang politik, ekonomi, sosial dan budaya berpengaruh signifikan pada kelangsungan organisasi dengan hubungan yang semakin sulit diprediksi.
Translation - English Human history in three steps of changes, namely:
1. Manual Era, is an era in which muscle becomes a dominant factor of human that is needed to manage traditional industry system. Productivity is determined by human physical energy power.
2. Industrial Machine Era, is an era in which the use of machine becomes a dominant factor that is needed to manage industry system. Productivity is determined by a worker’s skill level in managing and operating industrial machines to produce as many outcomes as possible per working time unit supported by industrial machines.
3. Knowledge Era, is an era in which knowledge becomes a virtual asset that determines the development and the growth of an organization. There are three characteristics of life order in the knowledge era:
1) Information/knowledge is easily obtained but it doesn’t last long.
2) Everyday’s problems are more complex
3) Changes pattern in politics, economy, social and culture give a significant effect on organization viability with unpredictable relationship.

Since English has been my major interest, I have tried to improve it by translating some documents in Indonesian to English and vice versa. Eventhough I haven't joined any translating agencies, I have been a private translator for more than 20 years.
I am a disciplined and punctual person, especially in meeting the deadline. I don't like postponing the work that I believe I can finish it in time. I will always try to do my best in doing my job.
