СЕ СКЛЮЧИ НАСТОЯЩИЯ ДОГОВОР ЗА СЛЕДНОТО

I.ПРЕДМЕТ НА ДОГОВОРА

Чл.1.ПРОДАВАЧЪТ се задължава да построи във вида, договорен в чл.7 от настоящия предварителен договор, съгласно утвърдения архитектурен проект, строителните правила и норми и БДС и прехвърли на КУПУВАЧA собствеността върху недвижим имот, подробно описан в раздел ІІ , срещу което КУПУВАЧЪТ са задължава да заплати посочената по-долу в договора сума.

II. ИМОТИ И ЗАДЪЛЖЕНИЕ ЗА ПОКУПКО-ПРОДАЖБА
