Terms on the Proposal
• This proposal shall remain valid for 30 days from the date of the proposal. After this period the prices in this proposal are subject to change.
• Once confirmed the quotation cannot be cancelled or exchanged.
• Delivery and Commencement
a. Upon acceptance of this proposal, A shall liaise with B
b. A needs a project personnel from your side for co-ordination for deployment related activities
• Payment Terms
a) Commencement fee of 60% of the proposal value as per Section 1 as advance towards purchase of Licenses and commencement of implementation.
b) Balance fee of 20% upon delivery of hardware
c) Balance fee of 20% upon completion of Project
d) All reimbursements of expenses are to be cleared in full within 7 days of receipt of the bills, if remote location support required
• The terms on this proposal are confidential and proprietary and the client undertakes not to disclose the terms to any third party.

우리는 총장님의 시간이 가능하다면, 인터뷰 장면 사진을 다시 찍고 싶습니다.
그날 찍었던 사진이 신문 실기에 좀 부족해서입니다.

We would like to thank you for your generous assistance for The Korea Times interview with Professor Tan, especially with such a short notice.
We have one more request.
If the Professor’s time permits, we would like to retake photos of the interview scenario. This is because the photos taken that day were not very well taken and suitable for the article.
If Prof. Tan is available on either 10th or 11th June 2014, our staff would like to visit NUS again to take pictures. If his schedule permits, please let us know.

예치금
1) 갑은 본 계약에서 서명함과 동시에 다음과 같이 예치금을 을에게 지급하여야 한다. 사무실 및 부대시설 사용에 대한 예치금, 즉 1개월 이용료와 옵션금액의 합계액에 해당하는 금액으로 하되, 예치금 납부 금액은 부가세를 제외한 금액으로 한다.
2) 위 제1항에 명시된 예치금은 본 계약기간 동안 을이 보유하며, 계약기간 만료 또는 종료시 갑이 을에게 사무실 및 부대시설을 원상 복구하여 반환하고, 을에게 지급할 모든 금액의 정산, 지급을 완료하고 사업자 주소지를 이전한 것이 확인된 후 10일 이내에 이를 반환하기로 한다. 단, 예치금에는 이자가 발생하지 않은 것으로 한다. | Translation - English
4. SECURITY DEPOSIT
1) A is required to pay a security deposit to B as follows at the point of contract signing.
The security amount to be paid for the office and additional facilities will be equal to the sum of one months’ usage fee and optional amount. The amount of security deposit will be exclusive of surtax.
2) The security deposit as defined in point 1 will be kept by B during the contract period. After the expiration of the contract, if A returns the office and additional facilities to B in its original state, the entire amount will be returned to B within 10(TEN) days after B has made verifications. However, there will be no interest.
