I am a qualified professional translator and interpreter from English and German into Bulgarian and from Bulgarian into English with a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in English and American Studies from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, Sofia, Bulgaria and a Master’s degree in Conference Interpreting from St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo, Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria, as well as with over 10 years of proven experience in translation. I have specializations in German language from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, Sofia, Bulgaria, Department of Language Teaching and International Students, specializations in legal German and business German from German-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Sofia, Bulgaria (Deutsch-Bulgarische Industrie- und Handelskammer, Sofia, Bulgarien).

My experience is both as an in-house translator and interpreter in private companies in sectors, such as engineering, industrial, social services, translation and legalization and as a self-employed translator and interpreter. I have translated and interpreted for international and EU projects, among which technical, scientific, medical and legal projects. Through my experience, I have gained specific knowledge and comprehension of the subjects and fields, in which I work.
