I am an English <> Polish translator with 5 years of experience in translating general and technical texts. I have worked as a full-time translator for companies from various economic sectors, including the biggest Polish online contact lens retailer, a worldwide-selling manufacturer for the steel industry and a construction sector giant executing a large Waste-to-Energy project in Cracow. I was also employed as an in-house translator of technical texts at a translation agency in Cracow. 

I am currently working full time as a Customer Satisfaction Advisor at a fintech company. Prior to that, I worked as a Social Media Customer Support Assistant there for a year; my responsibilities included responding to public customer reviews and comments on social media. This allowed me to employ my English language skills to nurture good relationships with customers and help protect and enhance our brand’s online reputation. Right now, I handle formal complaints as well as complaints escalated to the Financial Ombudsman Service. I work closely with the Operations, Compliance and Marketing team, which allows me to get insights into various facets of our business. 

Due to the character of my current work I will be happy to accept less regular, less urgent or smaller translation jobs.

I have translated approx. 375 000 words so far.
