You will go through the beginning of the contact - your goal is to be able to explain clearly what is happening with your customer.
You do not need to find the right article, or walk them through steps - just be able to explain to the trainer what the customer is experiencing.
You should not use any tools in this section aside from Notepad.

When his employment relationship with the company XXXXXXX ended, he embezzled company property in spite of an agreement which provided for the restitution of such material that he had in his possession and utilized, and therefore known to him as a result of the task entrusted to him to implement and improve the “luggage wrapping” system used, in particular, in domestic and foreign airports, using it for his own profit and that of other parties, particularly providing a copy, by means of XXXXX (headquartered in Oleggio, on via Raspagna # 46), which appointed him vice president of the board of directors with his mandate starting on June 28, 2011, to XXXXXX, which used it, among other things, to participate to a competitive bid at the Miami international airport with the purpose of finding the company to whom entrust that type of service.

Se Lei è sottoposto a un trattamento con YYYY® (eculizumab), la Sua partecipazione al registro è molto importante. Translation - English We invite you to participate in an international research registry called “Observational, non-interventional, multicenter, multinational study on patients with Atypical Hemolytic-Uremic Syndrome (atypical HUS registry)" (the "Registry") because you have been diagnosed with atypical HUS. This information sheet with the informed Consent Form (the "Form") will explain the purpose and the procedures of the atypical HUS registry.
If you are undergoing treatment with YYYY® (eculizumab), your participation to the registry is very important. The regulatory health authority (e.g. FDA [Food and Drug Administration] for the United States and EMA [European Medicines Agency] for Europe) have requested that the sponsor keeps track, through the registry, of the safety and effectiveness information for all patients with atypical HUS treated with eculizumab.
This form might contain words that are difficult to understand. Speak to your doctor or to the medical staff working at the registry for an explanation of the words that you do not know or for further information. You can take home an unsigned copy of this form to think about or talk about with family, friends and advisors, before deciding whether to participate. Do not sign the form if you have not received a satisfactory answer to your questions. Overview and purpose of the registry
The registry is an observational, non-interventional, multicenter, multinational study designed to obtain information on the safety and effectiveness of the application of YYYY® on patients with atypical HUS, and to gather data on the long term symptoms of complications relative to thrombotic microangiopathy of atypical HUS. Patients with atypical HUS treated with or without eculizumab will be enrolled in the registry. It’s expected that the individuals in the registry will be monitored for at least five years. The information gathered in the registry will be reported to the regulatory health authority (e.g. FDA and EMA).

Source text - English Many types of disposable absorbent products of the prior art, such as diapers, training pants, adult incontinence devices, sanitary napkins, panty liners, and the like, available have a high capacity for absorbing urine and other body exudates. Disposal products of this type generally comprise some sort of non woven liquid-pervious topsheet material, a cellulose pulp absorbent core, and a liquid-impervious backsheet material. Another common approach is to apply a topical cream, ointment, lotion or paste to the affected areas. There is a tendency to slather on a thick layer of the diaper rash cream or ointment, which is occlusive, messy, wasteful and aesthetically displeasing.
It is highly desirable that at least a portion of the article's topsheet be made of a hydrophilic material to promote rapid transfer of liquids (e.g., urine) through the topsheet. Similarly, it may be desirable that the composition be sufficiently wettable to ensure that liquids will transfer through the topsheet rapidly. Other immobilizing agents such as the C16-C18 fatty alcohols having HLB values below about 7 and values of number average molecular weight below 100.000 obtained by flash chromatography may require addition of hydrophilic surfactant to improve wettability when the composition is applied to article topsheets.
Useful polyhydric alcohols include propylene glycol and hexylene glycol. Fatty alcohols include stearyl alcohol and lauryl alcohol.
B. Preparation of a Treated Article by Contact Slot Coating
The composition is prepared by first mixing the petrolatum with stearyl alcohol in the melt. The rheological agent, i.e., fumed silica, is added to the melt mixture under a propeller agitation and high shear agitation until substantially uniform and wetted.
The residual oily substance obtained in this manner is admixed with 400 ml of ethanol and 100 ml of 2N-hydrochloric acid, followed by stirring for 20 min at 60ºC to remove the protective group. After the ethanol is distilled off under reduced pressure, the resultant residue is subjected to extraction with 500 ml of ethyl acetate, and the extract is washed with water and freed of the ethyl acetate. The resultant residual oily substance is admixed with 100 ml of 1-propanol and 300 ml of n-hexane, followed by cooling, and the white crystals which crystallize out are recovered by filtration and recrystallized from 1-propanol/n-hexane, followed by drying at 30C under reduced pressure to give 48.5 g of L-ascorbic acid-2-O-maleic acid-tocopherol diester • 1-propanol adduct, m.p. 86 to 87 °C.

Allo stesso modo, può essere desiderabile che la composizione sia sufficientemente bagnabile per garantire che i liquidi passino attraverso lo strato interno rapidamente. Altri agenti immobilizzanti quali gli alcoli grassi C16-C18 aventi valori HLB inferiore a circa 7 e valori di peso molecolare medio numerico inferiori a 100.000 ottenuti per cromatografia flash potrebbero richiedere l'aggiunta di tensioattivo idrofilo per migliorarne la bagnabilità quando la composizione viene applicata allo strato interno dell’articolo.

B. Preparazione di un articolo trattato da rivestimento slot di contatto

L'agente reologico, cioè silice pirogenica, viene aggiunto alla miscela fusa sotto agitazione di un elica e agitazione ad alto potere di taglio fino a quando è sostanzialmente uniforme e inumidito. La sostanza oleosa residua così ottenuta viene miscelata con 400 ml di etanolo e 100 ml di acido cloridrico 2N, seguite da agitazione per 20 min a 60 °C per rimuovere il gruppo protettore. Dopo che l'etanolo viene distillato a pressione ridotta, il residuo risultante viene sottoposto a estrazione con 500 ml di acetato di etile, e l'estratto viene lavato con acqua e liberato dell'acetato di etile. La sostanza oleosa residua risultante viene mescolata con 100 ml di 1-propanolo e 300 ml di n-esano, seguita da raffreddamento e recupero dei cristalli bianchi che si sono cristallizzati tramite filtrazione e ricristallizzati da 1-propanolo / n-esano, seguito da asciugatura a 30 °C sotto pressione ridotta per dare 48,5 g di acido L-ascorbico, 2-O-acido maleico-tocoferolo diestere • 1-propanolo addotto, mp da 86 a 87 °C.
