She must leave the cool sea and enter an alien world.

Source text - English Now to make the spinach, you remove the stem and you drop them wet from being washed into a hot pan, and you cover them.
They’re going to get rotated in one or two minutes. And then you remove them from the pan. You want to press a little bit of the extra water out. Place the butter in your pan and cook it until brown, to have a brown butter. You place the spinach back in it, season with salt, pepper, grated nutmeg. You mix it thoroughly together and then you arrange all your spinach into a little gratin dish.
And then when you’re ready, you place those Mollet Eggs right on top to embed them really in the spinach. You sprinkle them with a little bit of Swiss cheese, and you spoon the white sauce on top of the eggs, so that they are coated evenly. And sprinkle with a little bit of Parmesan cheese, and right away under the broiler until golden brown. You can serve them immediately.
Translation - Russian Чтобы подготовить шпинат, удалите стебли, промойте листья, положите их в горячую сковороду и накройте крышкой. Дайте им потомиться пару минут и достаньте, отжав излишек воды. Положите сливочное масло на сковороду и поджаривайте, пока оно не станет коричневым. Теперь опять положите туда шпинат, приправьте солью, перцем и тертым мускатным орехом. Хорошенько все перемешайте и выложите шпинат в небольшую форму для запекания. Поверх шпината выложите сваренные в мешочек яйца, присыпьте тертым швейцарским сыром и выложите сверху соус, так чтобы он их равномерно покрывал. Сверху немного присыпьте пармезаном и поставьте в духовку прямо под гриль до золотистой корочки. И можно подавать к столу.
