Source text - English Vessels, Columns and shell and Tube exchangers
This section defines the allowable piping loads acting on nozzles of process vessels such as columns, drums and shell and tube heat exchangers interconnected with piping designed by the CONTRACTOR.
Loads are tabulated in Appendix 1, except where the equipment was purchased by X, when Appendix 2 should be used. The tabulated values shall be applied at the nozzle/shell interface. For nozzle sizes/ratings not tabulated, loads shall be subject to agreement between SUPPLIER and CONTRACTOR.
The following notes apply to Appendix 1 only. When the equipment design pressure does not exceed 7.0 bar g the tabulated values shall be multiplied by a factor of 0.8.
The above forces and moments shall be considered acting simultaneously in addition to the design pressure. Acceptance of loads greater than the tabulated figures shall be subject to agreement between the CONTRACTOR and the SUPPLIER.
Allowable loads as given are valid for materials up to 200C but beyond this temperature the following correction factors shall apply.

В данном разделе определены допустимые нагрузки трубопровода, воздействующие на выпускные отверстия таких технологических емкостей как колонны, барабаны и кожухотрубные теплообменники, соединенные между собой системой труб, разработанной ПОДРЯДЧИКОМ.
Нагрузки приведены в таблице в Приложении 1, кроме случаев, когда оборудование закупалось фирмой «X» следует воспользоваться Приложением 2. Указанные в таблице величины относятся к стыку кожуха и выпускного отверстия. Для не указанных в таблице размеров (классов) выходных отверстий, нагрузка должна быть согласована между ПОСТАВЩИКОМ и ПОДРЯДЧИКОМ.
Следующие замечания относятся только к Приложению 1. Если расчетное давление оборудования не превышает 7,0 бар(м), величины, приведенные в таблице, следует умножать на коэффициент 0,8.
Вышеуказанные силы и моменты действуют одновременно, дополнительно к расчетному давлению. Принятие нагрузок выше указанных в таблице, должно быть согласовано между ПОСТАВЩИКОМ и ПОДРЯДЧИКОМ.
Приведенные допустимые нагрузки применимы к материалам до 200°C, однако при более высокой температуре необходимо вводить следующие поправочные коэффициенты.
