Автори звіту дійшли висновку, що мережі фіксованого та мобільного зв’язку є одночасно взаємодоповнюваними та конкуруючими. За останнє десятиріччя оператори мобільного зв’язку спромоглися пропонувати багато традиційних послуг, таких як телефонія. This report examines the convergence of fixed and mobile (wireless) networks and services. It considers these developments against a long standing question of whether they are complementary or competitive. The report concludes fixed and mobile networks are both complementary and competitive. Mobile providers have garnered a very large share of traditional services, such as telephony, over the past
decade. Nevertheless, mobile networks are dependent on fixed networks and could not efficiently meet the rapidly expanding demand of users without the contributions made by fixed broadband networks. |

Во исполнение Услуг Совместными ведущими менеджерами, Эмитент несет ответственность за оплату общей комиссии за организацию и андеррайтинг, которая составляет __% от общей номинальной стоимости Ценных бумаг (“Вознаграждение”).

In consideration of the performance of the Services by the Joint Lead Managers, the Issuer shall be responsible for the payment of a combined management and underwriting commission equal to _ per cent of the aggregate nominal amount of the Securities (the “Fee”).
The Issuer agrees that the Joint Lead Managers shall deduct the Fee from the gross proceeds of the Offering and disburse to the Issuer the net issue proceeds at the closing of the Offering. |
