Source text - English I will never forget my encounter with the trolls of the Living Lands. I had just narrowly avoided being consumed by a giant plant (more on that later) and was running as fast as I could to get away from it. I broke the crest of the hill and the valley below was wide, green, wet, and covered with low, thick-branched trees. Vines grew everywhere! Between the trees, across the tops of them, down to the ground - it as a mess of vine and green. Cautiously, I worked my way down toward the basin, keeping an eye out for anything suspicious. And it's a good thing I did so! I noticed not all the trees appeared to be trees. I froze, dropping to the ground in an effort to minimize my appearance. One of the trees moved, lumbering slowly away from the cluster. It's then that I realized it was a troll, stepping out from among the group of trees it had been resting against. With a few more steps, I would have walked right into their home! The camouflage these trolls exhibited far exceed any I had ever seen before. I hope to return again in the future and observe them more.
Translation - Russian Никогда не забуду мою первую встречу с троллями в Живых землях. Я едва избежал участи быть поглощенным гигантским растением (об этом позже) и несся со всех ног, чтобы оказаться от него подальше. Я перебрался через гребень холма. Долина внизу была широкой, зеленой, влажной и покрытой низкорослыми деревьями с толстыми ветками. Везде рос плющ! Висел между деревьями, лежал на их вершинах, опускался к земле – мешанина из стеблей и зелени. Осторожно я спустился вниз, держа ухо востро. И хорошо, что был внимательным! Я заметил, что не все деревья на самом деле были деревьями. Я замер, опустившись на землю, чтобы стать менее заметным. Одно из деревьев пошевелилось и медленно пошло в сторону от остальных. И тогда я понял, что это был тролль, вышедший из группы деревьев, к которым прислонился. Еще пара шагов – и я бы попал прямо в их логово! Маскировка этих троллей значительно превосходила любую другую, которую я встречал ранее в природе. Надеюсь в будущем вернуться и изучить их получше.

Customer-supplied, pre-filtered (5 micron) liquid fuel is supplied to the liquid fuel boost skid at 80 gpm (5.05 L/s), and a pressure of 50 psig ± 10 psig (345 kPaG ± 69 kPaG). Pump suction-side duplex filters (5-micron low pressure filters) and a pump discharge-side simplex filter (5-micron high pressure filters) ensure the condition of the fuel flowing to the turbine engine fuel nozzles. Fuel passes through the pump suction-side low-pressure duplex filter assembly, which is monitored by pressure differential transmitter PDT-2020. A high-differential pressure alarm is activated at 25 psid (172 kPaD) increasing.
Staging Valves
One of the key controlling parameters in the LM6000 PF model gas turbine is combustor flame temperature. Flame temperature control is required to limit NOx emissions and control hot section component lives. To maintain flame temperature control in a narrow temperature range during all gas turbine operating conditions, it is necessary to stage the combustor (turn sections of the combustor on and off). The fuel staging valves control fuel distribution to the combustor rings as scheduled by the electronic control unit. Five staging valves control the A or outer ring, five staging valves control the C or inner ring, and two staging valves control increase flow to the B ring. The B ring dome has fuel available to it at all operating conditions. The combustor modes go from B mode at core idle to ABC at full power.

Ступенчатые клапаны

Пять ступенчатых клапанов управляют работой внешнего кольца (A), другие пять ступенчатых клапанов — работой внутреннего кольца (C), еще два ступенчатых клапана регулируют расход на кольцо В. Топливо подается к куполу кольца B при любых условиях работы. Работа камеры сгорания варьируется от режима B, когда ядро горения обеспечивает холостой ход, до режима ABC, при котором развивается полная мощность.
