Source text - Finnish Suomessa on paljon pinta-alaa, ja maa on siten hyvin soveltuva hajautetun tuotannonkäyttöön. Hajautettujen uusiutuvien energianlähteiden tehokas käyttö kuitenkin vaatiimuutoksia sähköverkkoinfrastruktuuriin. Tässä kandidaatin tutkielmassa tutkitaan,millaisia haasteita on mikroverkkoihin pohjautuvan järjestelmän käyttöönotossa, jamillaisia ratkaisuja niihin on löydetty. Työ on toteutettu kirjallisuustyönä, ja aineistona on käytetty mikroverkkoja käsitteleviä taimuuten soveltuvia tutkimuksia maailmanlaajuisesti. Merkittävimmäksi haasteeksihavaittiin lainsäädännölliset ja hallinnolliset haasteet, sillä teknologiset haasteet ovatmaailmanlaajuisesti pitkälti samat, ja siten tutkimus muualla maailmassa on sovellettavissamyös Suomeen. Suomen toimintaympäristöön soveltuva tehokas lainsäädäntö on tehtäväpaikallisella tasolla, ja nykyinen järjestely ei sellaisenaan ole toimintakelpoinenmikroverkkoja ajatellen.
Translation - English Finland has a lot of area, and Finland is therefore highly suitable for distributed generation.The efficient use of distributed renewable energy resources requires the grid infrastructureto develop. This bachelor’s thesis explores challenges with microgrid-based system and itsintroduction and the solutions that have been found for the issues. This thesis is compiled from multiple international research papers concercing microgrids.The biggest challenges were found to be legal and governmental. This is because thetechnological challenges are similar worldwide, and therefore international research isapplicable in Finland, but the legal challenges must be solved locally. The currentlegislation with electricity grids is not suitable for microgrids in its current state.
