Vista la differenza di pressione di 2 bar tra ingresso e uscita membrane, consigliamo un lavaggio chimico a scopo cautelativo e preventivo.
WTP-02
Il valore di ipoclorito di sodio dopo il filtro a zelbrite è troppo alto (0,28mg/l); questo valore dovrebbe essere vicino allo ZERO.
Per ridurlo potete scegliere una tra le seguenti soluzioni:
1) Ridurre il dosaggio di ipoclorito di sodio con la pompa X1
2) Aumentare il dosaggio di metabisolfito con la pompa X2
Scegliete una delle due soluzioni fino ad ottenere un cloro residuo dopo il filtro a zelbrite di circa ZERO mg/l.

DOSAGES ADJUSTMENT
WTP-01
All parameters are regular.
Given the two-bar difference in pressure between the membrane inlet and outlet, we recommend a chemical washing as precautionary and preventive measure.
WTP-02
The value of sodium hypochlorite after the zelbrite filter is too high (0,28 mg/l); this value should be quite close to ZERO.
You may reduce it by choosing one of the following procedures:
1- Reduce the dosage of sodium hypochlorite through X1 pump
2- Increase the dosage of metabisulphite through X2 pump
Choose one of these two solutions until the achievement of a residual chlorine value approximately close to ZERO mg/l after the zelbrite filter.

Garanzia
La venditrice garantisce i prodotti da vizi di fabbricazione o materiale difettoso per un periodo di 12 mesi dalla data di produzione, e alle seguenti condizioni:
a) La venditrice garantisce esclusivamente la riparazione, ovvero a sua sola discrezione, la sostituzione dei prodotti e delle parti dei prodotti di sua fabbricazione che essa riconoscerà essere difettosi;
b) I vizi dovranno essere denunciati alla venditrice entro 8 giorni dalla loro scoperta, ed i prodotti inviati alla venditrice a spese dell’acquirente.
c) E’ esclusa la garanzia per le parti dei prodotti non fabbricati dalla venditrice ma semplicemente acquistati dalla venditrice da sub-fornitori. In ogni caso la venditrice non sarà responsabile nei confronti dell’acquirente dei difetti di tali parti se non nel limite della somma che eventualmente percepirà dal produttore a titolo di garanzia delle stesse.
d) La venditrice non sarà in nessun modo responsabile e la presente garanzia sarà esclusa qualora l’acquirente o terzi effettuino riparazioni o sostituzioni dei prodotti o di parte dei prodotti senza l’autorizzazione scritta della venditrice. E’ esclusa in ogni caso ogni tipo di indennità per riparazioni o modifiche così effettuate.
e) E’ espressamente esclusa ogni garanzia ed ogni responsabilità per il caso di usura normale dei prodotti o di installazione, utilizzazione o manutenzione dei prodotti in modo non conforme alle istruzioni tecniche date dalla venditrice e in ogni caso in modo ritenuto non appropriato dalla venditrice. E’ escluso ogni tipo di garanzia successivamente al termine previsto precedentemente in questa clausola. E’ altresì escluso ogni tipo di garanzia ed ogni responsabilità diretta o indiretta della venditrice sino a quando i prodotti non le siano stati interamente pagati. In nessun caso la venditrice sarà responsabile dei danni alle persone e a cose di qualsiasi genere occasionati dall’uso dei prodotti, o per danni di qualsiasi genere (ivi compresa qualunque perdita di produzione, tempo o profitti) occasionati o derivanti dal cattivo funzionamento, mancato uso, riparazione o sostituzione dei prodotti.
f) La presente garanzia esclude qualsiasi altro tipo di garanzia sia espressa che implicita, così come qualsiasi garanzia relativa alla rispondenza dei prodotti a particolari esigenze della clientela. In ogni caso la venditrice sarà tenuta al risarcimento dei danni nei soli casi di suo dolo o colpa grave.
g) La presentazione di una denuncia dei vizi non darà diritto all’acquirente ad una sospensione totale né parziale delle sue obbligazioni contrattuali. Ogni danno o spesa causate da una infondata denuncia resteranno a carico dell’acquirente.
h) La venditrice non è in ogni caso responsabile per difetti di prodotti che non portino l’originale marchio di fabbricazione apposto dalla venditrice al momento della fabbricazione.
i) La venditrice sostituirà il solo pezzo ritenuto difettoso senza nulla pretendere a rimborso. Le spese di viaggio, vitto ed alloggio, trasporto e manodopera per la sostituzione sono sempre a carico dell’acquirente.

Warranty
The Vendor guarantees the products to be free from manufacturing or material defects for a period of 12 months from the date of manufacture, according to the following conditions:
a) The Vendor guarantees exclusively the repair, or, at its own discretion, the replacement of its manufactured products and parts of them which will be recognized as defective.
b) The defects shall be reported to the Vendor within 8 days from discovery, and shall be sent to the Vendor at Purchaser’s expenses.
c) The warranty for the parts of products not manufactured by the Vendor, but bought by Vendor from sub-suppliers, is not provided. In any case, the Vendor shall not be liable towards the Purchaser for the defects of such parts, unless within the limits of the amount which it could possibly receive from the manufacturer as a warranty covering said parts.
d) The Vendor shall not be liable and this warranty shall be excluded if the Purchaser or third parties will repair or replace the products/parts of products without Vendor’s written authorization. Any kind of indemnity for such repairs or modifications is always excluded.
e) The warranty for usual wear and tear of products, or the installation, use or maintenance of products not complying with the technical instructions given by the Vendor, and in any case in a manner not deemed appropriate by the Vendor, is expressly excluded. Any kind of warranty after the period set forth in this clause is excluded. Any kind of warranty and Vendor’s direct or indirect responsibility is likewise excluded, until the receipt of the full payment of the products. The Vendor shall not be liable for injuries to people and things of any kind due to the use of products, or for any kind of damage (including any loss of business profits, production or time) resulting from the malfunctioning, non-use, repair or replacement of products.
f) This warranty excludes any other kinds of warranty, either expressed or implicit, as well as any warranty related to the products fulfillment of the client's particular needs. However, the Vendor shall pay the damages in the only case of fraud or gross negligence.
g) The complaint of defects does not entitle the Purchaser to suspend totally nor partially its contractual obligations. Any damage or expenses caused by a groundless complaint shall be borne by the Purchaser.
h) In any case, the Vendor is not liable for the defects in products not showing the original manufacturing brand applied by the Vendor during the manufacturing process.
i) The Vendor shall replace the defective part only , without demanding any refund. Expenses for travel, board, lodging and replacement service shall be always borne by the Purchaser. |
