- Um das Risiko einer Überhitzung zu verhindern, darf die Lötpistole maximal 30 Sekunden lang aufgeheizt werden und muss dann mindestens 30 Sekunden lang abkühlen.
- Beim Löten können reizende Dämpfe entstehen, die zu Schleimhautschäden bis chronischen Erkrankungen der Atemwege führen können.
- Das Gerät ist für Lötarbeiten an z.B. Drähten und Platinen konzipiert und darf nur wie angegeben bestimmungsgemäß verwendet werden. Alle weiteren Anwendungen sind ausdrücklich ausgeschlossen und gelten als nicht bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung.
- Das Gerät kann in Kombination mit einer Entlötpumpe oder einer Entlötlitze zum Entlöten verwendet werden.
- Heizen Sie die Verbindung auf und saugen Sie das Lot mit Hilfe der Entlötlitze oder der Entlötpumpe ab.

Source text - English Application: The plaster model has to be insulated with ΧΧΧ® foil first. Cut the ΧΧΧ® foil to the required shape of the splint and perforate interdentally/occlusally with a probe/scalpel to avoid air bubbles. Now the insulated model is being embedded into pellets and coated with ΧΧ® seal. For code and heating time please refer to the imprint on the label. Then proceed with cutting the moulded ΧΧ® seal with ΧΧ scissors to the required extension of the splint and perforate it with a scalpel in the area beneath the interdental papilla. Pleases make sure not to make any perforations within the area of the splint extension, as this might affect the protective effect of the ΧΧ® seal. Embed the model once again in the stainless steel pellets and insert a ΧΧ® blank in the required thickness, heat it and mould it over the plaster model with ΧΧ® seal. Thanks to heat and pressure, the soft side of ΧΧ® and the ΧΧ® seal bond together and build a perfect lamination.
