Source text - English Microsoft pulled support for Windows XP last year, and will no longer issue security updates to fix major holes in the software. Companies and agencies that are still running XP have the option of paying Microsoft for continued Windows XP updates, which provide an essential line of defense against hackers.
In a statement, the Navy said it has a plan in place to upgrade its systems to a newer version of Windows. It expects to complete its upgrades by July 12, 2016.
But there's a chance that it could take even longer. That's why the Navy's contract with Microsoft contains options to extend the deal through June 8, 2017. That would raise the amount the Navy will pay for Windows XP support to nearly $31 million.

Source text - English The most annoying part of updating your iPhone is figuring out which apps, songs and photos to delete so you have enough free space for the upgrade.
But the latest version of the iOS 9 preview features a clever solution for that notorious problem. IOS 9 will automatically delete apps on your iPhone before installing the new operating system. Then it will reinstall the deleted apps after the installation is complete.
A pop-up notification will warn iPhone and iPad users that they have insufficient space for the download, giving them the option of automatically deleting and reinstalling their apps.
The new feature was first reported in Apple (AAPL, Tech30) blog MacRumors.
At Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference in San Francisco earlier this month, Tim Cook said he wanted iOS 9 to be the most quickly adopted iPhone operating system ever. To make that happen, he pledged to make the update process as simple and painless as possible.
IOS 8 required a stunning 4.6 GB of free space to install, forcing millions of iPhone owners to frantically delete precious photos, videos and apps in order to get the latest software on their gadgets.
By contrast, iOS 9 will require just 1.3 GB of free space when upgrading.
But if your iPhone or iPad storage is stuffed to the gills, you'll no longer need to panic. Apple will take care of deleting and reinstalling your apps for you.
IOS 9 is set to be released this fall. Software developers can currently test out the operating system in preview mode, and the public will be able to preview iOS 9 next month.

Tropical Storm Linfa was moving directly over Hong Kong on Thursday night into Friday, after making landfall as a typhoon earlier Thursday in the surrounding southern Chinese province of Guangdong.
The storm forced the closure of Hong Kong International Airport overnight, causing disruption to thousands of passengers.
Approximately 1,020 flights to and from the airport have had to be rescheduled due to the weather system, an airport authority spokesman told CNN.
"Passengers are advised to check with their airlines or HKIA's website for the latest flight status before departing for the airport," the spokesman said.

But, it's hard to be optimistic because in Korea when a new IT industry begins its business the government tends to make regulations for it first.

식품의약품안전처의 '외식 영양성분' 자료집에 따르면 외식 메뉴 가운데 나트륨 함량이 높은 음식은 짬뽕(4000㎎), 중식 우동(3396㎎), 간장게장(3221㎎) 순이었다. 이번 자료는 식약처가 외식 메뉴 315개 품목의 영양정보를 분석, 작성한 것이다.
식약처는 315개 품목의 나트륨 함량을 비교한 결과 전반적으로 국물 음식의 나트륨 함량이 높게 나타났다며 나트륨 섭취량을 줄이기 위해서 건더기 위주로 섭취하는 식습관을 가져야 한다고 당부했다. 2013년 기준 우리 국민의 하루 평균 나트륨 섭취량은 4027㎎이며 이는 세계보건기구(WHO)가 권고한 기준(2000㎎)의 2배가 넘는 수준이다.
이렇게 나트륨이 많이 들어간 짠 음식을 과다 섭취하면 고혈압이나 심장병, 뇌졸중 등에 걸릴 위험이 높아진다. 나트륨은 대부분 소금에서 비롯된다. '짜게 먹지 말라'는 얘기는 소금 섭취를 줄이라는 얘기다.

Because foods containing much potassium are helpful for preventing blood pressure from increasing, according to Mother Nature Network, an American media specialized in environmental problems.
