Source text - Ukrainian Проблеми, пов’язані з людськими цінностями, займають одне з провідних місць у дослідженні соціальної детермінації людської поведінки, її саморегуляції та прогнозування. Ціннісні орієнтації відіграють вирішальну роль у формуванні світогляду, переконань, виборі життєвого шляху а також у регуляції поведінки.
Загалом, цінність розглядається у двох аспектах: суспільному та особистісному. У першому випадку цінність – це соціально значущі уявлення про те, що таке добро, справедливість, патріотизм, любов, дружба тощо. З іншого боку – це відношення суб’єкта до предметів та явищ реальності, яке виражається ціннісними орієнтаціями, соціальними установками, якостями особистості. Тут вони виступають в ролі певної структури особистості. Цінності сприяють перетворенню соціальних норм та ідеалів в особистісні принципи життєдіяльності людини і надалі стають виховним моментом, якщо переходять у внутрішні мотиви поведінки особистості. Ціннісні орієнтації відображають ставлення людини до соціальної дійсності і визначають мотивацію її поведінки.
Важливе значення для досягнення внутрішнього комфорту і стану душевного спокою має відсутність розбіжностей у системі ціннісних орієнтацій людини. Дослідження ціннісних орієнтацій через призму їх значимості та доступності дозволяє говорити про певний внутріособистісний конфлікт. Конфліктність ціннісних орієнтацій також можна поділити на дві групи – ті, які мають цінність, більшу за доступність, і ті які мають доступність більшу за цінність. Звичайно, більш важливим є показник розбіжності у системі цінностей, коли цінність більша за доступність, оскільки саме ця невідповідність може спричиняти відчуття внутрішнього душевного неспокою, психічні розлади, наприклад депресію.

За останні роки можемо спостерігати зростання агресивної активності у різних її проявах. Так, значення агресії надзвичайно велике – позитивна її функція дозволяє спрямовувати активність особистості у потрібному напрямку. Проте, сьогодні суспільство за допомогою різних способів (в тому числі і за допомогою засобів масової інформації) демонструє нам дієвість та ефективність застосування негативної агресії у різноманітних сферах людського існування. Тобто, можна говорити про те, що суспільство виправдовує її – робить соціально легітимною. Аналіз інформації, отриманої через ЗМІ доводить, що застосування агресії є типовим та ефективним способом отримання бажаного. Те, що для індивіда важливе, цінне він може захищати, і захищати агресивно. Якщо не вдається обрати інший конструктивний спосіб вирішення проблеми, то чому б не скористатися агресивною стратегією, яка точно є дієвою». Засвоєння такої моделі психологічного захисту відбувається дуже швидко, так як захищати власні переконання за допомогою агресії найлегше та найефективніше.
21% молоді вибирає миролюбство, як стратегію психологічного захисту (26% – дівчат і 15% – хлопців). Миролюбство передбачає партнерство і співробітництво, уміння йти на компроміси, робити поступки й бути гнучким, що і є більш характернішою стратегією психологічного захисту для осіб жіночої статі. У низці випадків миролюбство означає пристосування, прагнення уступати напору партнера, не загострювати відносини й не вплутуватися в конфлікти, щоб не піддавати випробуванням своє «Я»
Щодо аналізу соціально-психологічних установок молоді, то найбільш вираженою з усіх, пропонованих автором методики, є установка на свободу. Свобода для сучасної молоді – головна цінність, яка не терпить ніяких обмежень і вона (молодь) готова йти на жертви заради відстоювання власної незалежності. Свобода визначає й забезпечує людині можливість поступати й діяти згідно власному волевиявленню. Цінність свободи в тому, що вона присутня лише тоді коли відсутні зовнішні детермінанти впливу на людину, коли її дії визначаються власними внутрішніми чинниками і спонуками; коли вони спрямовані на максимально можливе задоволення потреб (бажань) і, в першу чергу, життєво необхідних. Варто зазначити, що поняття свобода має подекуди суперечливі тлумачення у сучасної молоді (свобода – це мир, припинення війни; це можливість вибору; відсутність примусу з боку інших людей; це вільний прояв своєї особистості, своїх інтересів, думок; свободи в глобальному масштабі як такої не існує.... завжди є залежність від чогось.
Тобто, свобода – це з одного боку незалежність, можливість вибору, а з другого – неіснуюче поняття, так як завжди існує залежність від чогось. Свобода проявляється не тільки як вибір можливостей, але і як можливість вибору, яка залежить від об'єктивних соціальних умов, а також від усвідомлення цієї можливості самою людиною і її бажанням зробити певний вибір.
Translation - English Problems associated with human values occupy one of the leading positions in the study of social determination of human behavior, its self-control and prediction. Value orientations play a crucial role in shaping of the outlook, beliefs, choosing a life path as well as the regulation of behavior.
Generally speaking, value is studied in two aspects: public and personal. On the one hand, value means socially-significant concepts of what is good, justice, patriotism, love, friendship and more. On the other hand, it means the subject’s relation towards objects and phenomena of reality, which is expressed by value orientations, social attitudes and personality traits. Here they play the role of a certain personality structure. Values contribute to the transformation of social norms and ideals into individual principles of human life and continue to become an educational moment if they go into intrinsic motives of the individual's behavior. Value orientations represent a person’s relationship to social reality and determine their behavioral motivation.
The lack of differences in the system of value orientations of the individual is important for achieving the state of inner peace and peace of mind. The study of value orientations in the light of their importance and availability suggests a certain intrapersonal conflict. Conflict of value orientations can also be divided into two groups - those with value greater than attainability, and those with greater attainability over value. Of course, the indicator of differences in the system of values where value is greater than availability is more important, since it is this discrepancy that can cause a feeling of inward mental anxiety, mental disorders such as depression.
In recent years, we can observe the growth of aggressive activity in its various manifestations. Thus, the meaning of aggression is extremely high; its positive function allows directing the activity of the individual in the right direction. But today society, through variety of ways (including the media),demonstrates the efficiency and effectiveness of negative aggression in various spheres of human existence. Thus, it can be said that society justifies it, makes it socially legitimate. The analysis of information obtained through the media proves that the use of aggression is a typical and effective way of obtaining what is desired. The individual can protect what is important and of value to him, and he can do it aggressively. If it is not possible to choose a different constructive solution to the problem, why not use aggressive strategy, which for sure is effective. Mastering such model of psychological defense happens very fast, because protecting your own beliefs using aggression is the easiest and most effective way.
21% of young people choose peaceableness, as a strategy of psychological defense (26% - girls and 15% -boys). Peaceable disposition provides for partnership and cooperation, ability to compromise, to make concessions and be flexible, which is a more typical psychological defense strategy for females. In some cases peaceable disposition means adjustment, the desire to make concessions, not to aggravate relations and not to get involved in conflicts to avoid subjecting their "self" to a test.
Regarding the analysis of psychosocial attitudes of young people, the most pronounced methodology, amongst all other proposed by the author, is freedom attitude. Freedom for today's youth is the main value that does not tolerate any restrictions and it (the youth) is ready to make sacrifices to defend their independence. Freedom defines and provides a person with the opportunity to act according to their own will. The value of freedom is that it is present only when no external determinants of human exposure are present, when their actions are determined by internal factors and motives; when their aim is the greatest possible satisfaction of needs (desires) and most of all those vital ones. It should be noted that modern youth sometimes misinterprets the concept of freedom (freedom - is peace, end of war; it is a choice, the lack of coercion from other people; it is a free expression of their personality, their interests, thoughts; freedom from a global perspective does not exist as one always depends on something.
In other words, freedom on the one hand signifies independence and choice, and on the other hand a non-existent concept, as there is always dependency on something. Freedom manifests itself not only as choices, but also as a possibility to choose which depends on objective social conditions, as well as on the person's realization of this possibility and their desire to make a certain choice.
