Female native Norwegian living in York, UK.
I have a B.A. in Linguistics and Literature from the University of York (York, UK) and the University of Nordland (Bodo, Norway).
I started translating and proof reading in 2012, and after my graduation I`ve been a full-time freelancer. I have a wide range of translation and proof reading experience, from (this list is not exhausting) translating and proof reading subtitles for films and TV (Norwegian-English and English-Norwegian), web content and articles, social media, to translating and consulting on an online language course (head translator English-Norwegian and Norwegian-English).
I really enjoy being a freelancer, and I`m always looking for new and exciting projects to take on as I want to expand my experience and develop as a professional.

In my spare time I enjoy reading, politics and keeping up with current affairs, sports (mostly football), and cooking and baking. I`m also a mother of two beautiful boys, who I enjoy spending time with and play with.
