Some of the topics that were discussed were: aging and dental health, cardiovascular diseases and their impact on dental health, mouth lining changes and treatment, as well as the patient’s general knowledge about dental well-being.

I have taught and translated Finnish and Estonian for more than 6 years. In 2014, I defended my PhD in Finnish. I believe that theoretical (PhD) and practical skills (translationg experience) are both extremely beneficial to understand and covey the message the best possible way.
I have translated various texts. I am also a certified personal trainer, so my favorite types of texts to work on are related to health, fitness and nutrition. I have also taught medical Finnish to health care professionals for several years.
In addition to those topics, I also translate technical and industrial texts, especially texts about maintenance services, offer localization services and translate books.
My mission is also educate people by my sharing my knowledge. I have put together an online course "Basic Finnish for Health Medical Professionals". Almost 550 students have enrolled. I also have another course that I published recently, "Get Hired in Finland: a Guide for Health Care Professionals." Both can be accessed in udemy.com.
