Initial Assessment Record
An initial assessment is defined as a brief assessment of each child referred to social services with a request for services to be provided. This should be undertaken within a maximum of 7 working days from the date of referral but could be very brief depending on the child's circumstances. In completing this initial assessment, if it is known that a core assessment will be required, social work staff should make a professional judgement about whether it is necessary to complete all sections before beginning a Core Asessment.

Študijný odbor masér pripravuje zdravotníckych pracovníkov, ktorí sú spôsobilí samostatne vykonávať odborné masérske činnosti a odborné činnosti vo foto-, hydro-, termo-, balneoterapii v zdravotníckych , kúpeľných, sociálnych a iných zariadeniach.
Absolvent študíjného odboru je pripravený:
- samostatne kykonávať na základe ordinácie lekára klasickú masáž za liečebným účelom
- športovú masáž
- samostatne vykovávať reflexnú masáž chodidiel, akupresúru a manuálnu lymfodrenáž podľa ordinácie lekára
- samostatne zabezpečovať a vykonávať podľa ordinácie lekára procedúry foto-, hydro-, termo- a balneoterapie
- podieľať sa na primárnej, sekundárnej a terciálnej prevencii
- poskytovať odbornú pomoc.
Absolvent sa uplatní vo všetkých úsekoch zdravotnej starostlivosti, kde môže pracovať samostatne vo vybraných činnostiach pod vedením fyzioterapeuta.
Odbornou praxou a ďalším vzdelávaním si zvyšuje kvalifikáciu.

The study field of masseur prepares health workers, who are capable of individual masseur activities and expert activities in foto-, hydro-, termo-, balneotherapy in health, thermal, social and other facilities.
School leaver of this study field is prepared to:
– individually, upon doctor's prescription carry out classic healing purpose massage
– sport massage
– individually, upon doctors prescription carry out reflex massage, foot reflex massage, acupressure and manual lymph drainage
– individually, upon doctor's prescription secure and carry out procedures of foto-, hydro-, termo- and balneotherapy – participate in primary, secondary and tertiary prevention– provide first aid

Boli nahradené háčiky a filtre na oboch pomôckach a bolo oboznámené, že filtre by mali byť menené pravidelnejšíe, pretože môžu mať vplyv na kvalitu zvuku ktorý Vanessa prijíma prostredníctvom jej sluchových pomôcok.
