My company "COMPANY 1" and "COMPANY 2" made a contract for the buying of 225 cars in April-May 2014 after approximately 2 months of negotiations;
I have met with a "COMPANY 2" representative in France, named "NAME";
He came to made sure that the cars had been ordered by the plaintiff;
"COMPANY 2" lawyer made the contract;
"COMPANY 2" did not pay the commission that was agreed upon in the contract;
As it had become a habit in the business relationship with "COMPANY 2", and after multiple oral invitations to fulfil its obligations, "COMPANY 2" didn’t pay the commission;
This was worsened by the fact that sandven as has received delivery of 10% of the cars mentioned in the contract;
The contract had then been suspended on this basis;
Under oath and among other interesting things, "COMPANY 2" gave the reason to the Norwegian police on why they didn’t wanted to pay the commission, stating that it was to keep the plaintiff “motivated and on his toes”;
It has also been since understood by the plaintiff with the help of the Norwegian police statements, that "COMPANY 2" was actually planning to use the plaintiff in the purchase of products in France subject to particular regulations and that "COMPANY 2" wanted to use the plaintiff as a “fuse” between them and the French authorities;
The French authorities has seized the money of the contract pending investigation;
"COMPANY 2" then tried to get the contract rendered void in front of the Bergen forliksradet, with some unfaithful declarations and truncated versions of facts;
This procedure by "COMPANY 2" (case number "###") was suspended by the Bergen forliksradet who informed me to contact the Bergen tingrett;
"COMPANY 2" has then denied the deliveries of the cars and has produced some documents of a suspicious authenticity;
"COMPANY 2" has been propagating the rumor to the French authorities and to my suppliers that the contract had been revoked by the Norwegian justice;
"COMPANY 2" has forged the commission clause of the contract to his advantage in his statements to the French authorities;

Jeg tror absolutt at statementbikiniene med logo vil bli populære hos de samme som går med undertøyet. Personlig har jeg i alle år vært stor fan av badedrakten, som jeg ikke bare bruker på ferie, men også gjerne styler til et par jeans eller en shorts eller under en blazer. Da kan man gå rett fra beachen til fest, tipser Celine.

Calvin Klein has truly had its own Renaissance, thanks to several 90’s trends that have come back in recent seasons. Besides, the brand can even be seen on big idols such as Kendall Jenner and Justin Bieber underwear models, and now they’ve even expanded to rock star daughters, it-girls and Asian superstars as their campaign models.

In Norway they collaborate with ex-blogger and the founder of the online magazine, Envelope.no, Celine Aagaard. This collaboration came about when the brand shared a street fashion photo of her during Fashion Week in the classic CK sweater on Instagram to its followers of over five million.
“Calvin Klein is where Coca-Cola was before when you consider the marketing. Their comeback and brand building in social media has been an enormous success, and Calvin Klein has once again become what everyone talks about – since icons, the world’s biggest celebrities, fashion idols and average people can all identify with it,” says Celine Aagaard.

Her newest collaboration with the “it-brand” is a swimsuit shoot by Ole Martin Halvorsen at The Well.
“I like Calvin Klein’s simple, delicate design and minimalism. The logo garments are classic, especially now that the 80’s and 90’s fashion is so trendy. I absolutely think that the statement bikinis with the logo will become popular among the same people who use the underwear. Personally, I’ve been a big fan of the swimsuit for years, not only for vacation, but also to pair with jeans or shorts or under a blazer. Then I can go straight from the beach to the party,” Celine suggests.
