Características técnicas
• Tolva/balanza de áridos construida en chapa 3/16” acero 1010 con tres compartimientos de accionamiento independientes a través de sistema neumático, con capacidad de cargar hasta 10000 kg de áridos, capaz de dosificar hasta 4 m³ por cada batch. Íntegramente montada sobre celdas de carga de primera calidad.
• Cinta bastonada de 24” para transporte del material a la carga del mixer/motohormigonera, con motor trifásico de 10 hp y reductor pendular.
• Balanza de cemento de 3000 kg de capacidad montada sobre celdas de carga de primera calidad. Tornillo de cemento de carga al mixer de 220 mm de diámetro con un largo de 8000 mm.
• Sistema de agua compuesto por: tanque de 900 l de capacidad, bomba de agua de 3 cv, con válvula de corte y antirretorno. Sistema de lectura a través de caudalímetro lanza impulsos de 11/2”.
• Sistema de transporte compuesto por un eje de 3000 kg de capacidad, cubiertas 215/80/16, sistema de luces reglamentarias y perno de enganche.
• Sistema neumático compuesto por un compresor de potencia de 4 cv de calidad comprobada, filtro regulador y lubricador del sistema, electroválvulas y cilindros neumáticos de primera calidad.
• Tablero eléctrico/electrónico, de comando automático, con una capacidad de carga de 20 fórmulas distintas, sistema de registro de dosificaciones para control de producción y ejecución de batch a través de panel central.
Technical Features

• Water system consisting of: tank of 900 l capacity, water pump of 3 cv, with shut-off and non-return valve. Reading system through a flowmeter that sends impulses of 11/2".
• Conveying system consisting of an axis of 3000 kg capacity, tyres 215/80/16, regulatory system of lights and locking pin.
• Pneumatic system made of a power compressor of 4 cv of proven quality, regulatory filter and system lubricator, electrovalves and pneumatic cylinders of high quality.
• Automatic electric/electronic dashboard with a capacity of 20 different formulas, control system for dosage, production and batch input run through a central panel.
