Source text - English Open the [paper size set] screen and double touch the upper right section of the screen.
Input [680] and touch [ENTER], and then touch the CPI/CPO key.
Touch the turning drum hook air cylinder key (c). The turning drum hook air cylinder will turn ON.
The hook must be inserted properly in the turning drum gear housing gap.
Touch the turning drum gear positioning pin air cylinder key (a). The turning drum gear positioning pin air cylinder will
turn ON.
The turning drum gear positioning pin must be inserted properly (ON).
Touch the back segment stopper air cylinder key (b). The back segment stopper air cylinder will turn ON.
Touch the convertible perfecting section locking/releasing motor "fully released" key (h). The convertible perfecting
section will move to the fully released position.
At this time, the potentiometer must rotate 8.5 turns.
Rotate the press in the reverse direction manually until the turning drum gear side surface scale is on [469].
The scale must be on [469].
The storage drum gripper opening cam must be on the low part.
Touch the magnetic clutch key (d). The magnetic clutch will turn ON.

Нажмите клавишу «Полная разблокировка» (h) мотора блокировки/разблокировки секции переворота. Секция переворота перейдет в позицию полной разблокировки.
Потенциометр за это время должен повернуться на 8,5 оборота.
Проверните машину вручную в обратном направлении, пока на шкале (на боковой поверхности шестерни переворотного барабана) не установится значение 469.
Шкала должна стоять точно на «469».
Кулак открывания клапанов переворотного барабана должен быть установлен низкой стороной.
Нажмите клавишу магнитной муфты (d). Магнитная муфта включится.

The Microwave Accelerated Reaction System is designed for laboratory use in digesting, dissolving,
hydrolyzing, extracting or drying a wide range of materials. Its primary purpose is the rapid preparation of samples for
analysis by atomic absorption (AA) and inductively coupled plasma (ICP) emission spectroscopy and gas or liquid
chromatography.
The ***** System brings a remarkable intelligence and ease of use to microwave sample preparation. The One Touch
Technology is like having a chemist built into the system. It combines more than 30 years of microwave chemistry
experience with today’s most advanced software and hardware technologies to give laboratories the most accurate,
easiest-to-use microwave sample preparation system ever designed.
The ***** consists of
• a microwave power system with operator selectable output of 0 - 1800 watts ±15%, by IEC Method 705-1988
• a fluoropolymer-coated microwave cavity,
• a cavity exhaust fan and tubing to vent fumes,
• a digital computer programmable for unlimited programs сonsisting of up to five stages each,
• an alternating or continuous mode turntable system,
• 3 door safety interlocks and an interlock monitoring system to prevent microwave emission when the door is open.
The ***** uses microwave energy to heat samples. Compounds such as water and other polar liquids absorb
microwave energy rapidly. A sample placed inside a microwave transparent vessel with a polar liquid or ionic solution
(usually an acid) in the ***** is subjected to rapid heating and elevated pressures, causing the sample to digest or
dissolve in a short time.
At full power, the ***** delivers approximately 1800 watts of microwave energy at a frequency of 2450 MHz. A
microcomputer controls and monitors operations.
