Bio
I am a native speaker of Bengali language. At present I am working as ‘Professional Linguist Bangla’ at Centre for Health Informatics (CHI) under Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, India. I have been working as a translator (English<>Bengali) over 12 years both as an employee in India and as a freelancer (worldwide) after completing my Masters programme in ‘Applied Linguistics’ from ‘Centre for Applied Linguistics & Translation Studies (CALTS)’, University of Hyderabad. Apart from my translation profession I have been working as a freelancer in Bengali Voice-over and Proof reading since 1997.
My areas of interests include the domains of Public Health, Medicine, Tours & Travels, Natural Sciences, Business, Advertisements, Field-Surveys, Web Content, Entertainment, Movie, Music and Literature.
