Bio
My name is Jill Schneider and I'm currently living in Seoul, South Korea with my husband. For the last five years, I have been dedicating my free time to translating Korean into natural English for the simple reason that it interests me. I think the Korean language is very unique and has many meaningful proverbs, along with several phrases that are their own version of English phrases. This made me realize how similar cultures actually are and I was so moved by the Korean culture specifically (including the food, music, and my sweet husband) that I wanted to move there, so I did.

As a Korean to English translator, I vow to treat every one of my clients respectfully and with a lot of patience. I'm aware that I might get some clients whose first language isn't English and that is okay. I will work hard to understand them and make sure they are satisfied. I will also dedicate my time to making sure each assignment is translated the most accurately, even if there aren't direct translations in either language. Lastly, I will work quickly and diligently so my clients won't have to wait too long for their results and we can be on good terms with each other's trust.

Thank you for taking the time to look over my cover letter and I hope to receive messages from interested individuals soon. Have a nice day!
