This disclosure relates generally to analog-to-digital conversion and, more specifically, to averaging samples within an analog-to-digital convertor to provide alias rejection.
Electronic devices use radio-frequency (RF) signals to enable users to talk with friends, download information, share pictures, remotely control household devices, receive global positioning information, or listen to radio stations. These radio-frequency signals are analog signals, which can physically travel between electronic devices and transfer digitally encoded communication data. An electronic device uses an analog-to-digital converter to convert an analog signal to a digital signal, which enables the communication data to be extracted. The analog-to-digital converter performs the conversion by sampling the analog signal at some sampling frequency. Typically the sampling frequency is greater than twice a frequency of the analog signal (e.g., according to Nyquist's rate), which enables the analog signal to be accurately represented in a digital domain.

본 발명은 전력 사용량을 이용한 히터 이상 여부 판단 장치 및 그 방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 전력 사용량을 이용한 히터 이상 여부 판단 방법은, 히터 온도 변화에 따른 시간별 전력 사용량을 검침하는 단계와, 기 정의된 히터 온도별 전력 사용량 기준 데이터와 검침된 전력 사용량 데이터의 차이를 이용하여 이상지수 값을 연산하는 단계와, 상기 이상지수 값을 이용하여 히터의 이상 여부 및 이상 정도를 판단하는 단계 및 상기 히터가 이상인 것으로 판단된 경우, 해당 이상 정도에 대응하는 수준으로 경고하는 단계를 포함한다. 이와 같이 본 발명에 따르면, 열처리 제조 공정에서 히터의 온도 변화에 따른 전력 사용량을 검침하여 히터의 이상 여부를 조기에 판단할 수 있어 히터 이상시 발생되는 부품의 불량률을 저감시킬 수 있고, 시간 및 제조 비용의 손실을 절감시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to an apparatus for determining whether a heater is abnormal by using power consumption and a method therefor. The method for determining whether a heater is abnormal by using power consumption, according to the present invention, comprises the steps of: reading hourly power consumption according to changes in temperature of the heater; calculating an abnormality index value by using a difference between predefined power consumption reference data for each temperature of the heater and data of the read power consumption; determining whether the heater is abnormal and a degree of abnormality by using the abnormality index value; and, if it is determined that the heater is abnormal, issuing a warning at a level corresponding to the degree of abnormality. As such, according to the present invention, in a heat treatment manufacturing process, it is possible to determine early whether a heater is abnormal by reading power consumption according to changes in temperature of the heater, and thus, there are effects of reducing a defect rate of parts resulting when the heater is abnormal, and reducing the loss of time and manufacturing costs.
