DENGAN RAHMAT TUHAN YANG MAHA ESA
MENTERI PERHUBUNGAN,
Menimbang:
a. bahwa dalam ketentuan Pasal 244 ayat (1) dan 246 Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2009 tentang Penerbangan telah mengamanatkan pengaturan lebih lanjut tentang Tata Cara dan Prosedur Pengenaan Tarif Jasa Kebandarudaraan;
b. bahwa berdasarkan pertimbangan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam huruf a dipandang perlu mengatur Tata Cara dan Prosedur Pengenaan Tarif Jasa Kebandarudaraan dengan Peraturan Menteri;
Mengingat :
1. Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2009 tentang Penerbangan (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2009 Nomor 1, Tambahan Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 4956;
2. Peraturan Pemerintah 40 Tahun 2012 tentang Pembangunan dan Pelestarian Lingkungan Hidup Bandar Udara (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2012 Nomor 71, Tambahan Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 5295);

ON ARRANGEMENT AND PROCEDURES FOR IMPOSITION OF TARIFF IN AIRPORT SERVICE
BY THE GRACE OF ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION,
Considering:
a. whereas within the provision of Article 244 paragraf (1) and Article 246 in Law No 1 Year 2009 on Aviation has been adressed further stipulation on the Arrangement and Procedures for Imposition of Tariff in Airport Service.
b. whereas based on on consideration as advised in number (a) it is deemed necessary to stipulate the Arrangement and Procedures for Imposition of Tariff in Airport Service with a Minister Regulation.
Bearing in mind:
1. Law Number 1 Year 2009 on Aviation (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2009 Number 1, Supplement to State Gazette Number 4956);
2. Government Regulation Number 40 Year 2012 on Development and Preservation of Airport Environment (State Gazette of The Republic of Indonesia Year 2012 Number 71, Supllement to State Gazette Number 5295)
