President John F. Kennedy, in a speech made at an event for the 1962 America's Cup race crews, said, "I really don't know why it is that all of us are so committed to the sea, except I think it is because in addition to the fact that the sea changes and the light changes, and ships change, it is because we all came from the sea. [...] We are tied to the ocean. And when we go back to the sea, whether it is to sail or to watch it, we are going back from whence we came."
I have a deep connection to the sea. In 30 years of diving reefs all over the world, from the Caribbean to the Tyrrhenian Seas, from the Pacific to the Indian Oceans, I have seen unimaginable beauty: astonishing abundance, a profusion of colour, and an array of biodiversity that seems only to be possible in the depths of one's imagination. And yet, it was all true. Fishes, flora, and marine mammals were all connected in a world of irrepressible activity and mystifying tranquility.
Upon becoming a father, one of my greatest joys has been to share this wonder with my children. To my delight, they have taken to the water both naturally and joyfully. But to my deepest regret, I know that they will never see the abundance that I have seen, nor will they swim in waters as pristine as those that I have enjoyed.

Source text - English There is a significant number of abuses in inspections, such as closing or otherwise sanctioning businesses for irrelevant offenses – in particular from a risk-based perspective – and/or corruptive practices;
Generally speaking, the focus of inspections and supervision activities is usually inadequate i.e. merely finding problems and non-compliances without a perspective of managing risks.
The goal of inspections is not to protect public health and safety, the environment and other public good, but to strictly check if all requirements are complied with, even when this are too complex, unnecessary and/or outdated;
The approach to inspections is too often conflict-based – there is no cooperation with, and no trust towards, inspected subjects.
This creates a general climate of uncertainty and fear, with negative consequences for the economy as it reduces investment, business creation, business growth etc.;
Overlaps and duplications (between federal, subjects of federation, municipal supervision authorities) result in an inefficiency of the inspections system, and in unnecessary high costs for both the private and the public sectors;
Because of lack of appropriate risk focus and a conflict-based approach to business, outcomes in terms of safety, health, environment etc. are overall poor;

Source text - French L’année 2015 se caractérise par un cycle végétatif classique. L’hiver, particulièrement doux laisse place à un printemps très contrasté avec une période glaciale suivie de fortes chaleurs. La pleine floraison se produit à des dates plutôt habituelles durant un mois de juin ensoleillé et sec. L’été fut fort radieux avec une belle insolation et une pluviosité faible. La maturité des Pinots noirs et des Chardonnays est relancée fin août par des pluies très attendues. Les vendanges se déroulent à la mi-septembre sous la fraîcheur automnale et donnent naissance à des vins élégants frais et fruités : de grands « classiques ». Le nez de ce Millésime 2015 est à la fois précis, pur et fruité. Il fait preuve d’une incroyable finesse aromatique et d’une belle minéralité. Cette fraicheur vive se traduit par un bouquet de fleurs blanches (fleurs d’oranger, tilleul, chèvrefeuille) ponctué d’arômes de fruits frais (citron vert, pêche blanche) délicatement accompagné par des notes d’amende légèrement grillées. En bouche, l’attaque est énergique, précise et ciselée. Cette sensation pleine de douceur, riche et fruité influencée par les agrumes, offre un bel équilibre entre structure et finesse. La finale presque calcaire vient caresser notre palais d’un belle tonalité saline, longue et persistante.

Лето было ясным и очень солнечным, и дождь был редким гостем, но в конце августа установилась дождливая погода, которая ускорила созревание пино-нуар и шардоне. Виноград собирали в середине сентября, по осенней прохладе. Так родились изысканные вина со свежим фруктовым букетом — великая классика шампанских вин. Нос этого миллезима 2015 года яркий, чистый, с фруктовыми оттенками, невероятно тонким ароматом и приятной минеральностью. Отчетливую свежесть вину придают нюансы белых цветов (апельсина, липы, жимолости), оттененные свежими фруктами (лайма, белого персика) и дополненные тонким шлейфом слегка обжаренного миндаля. Атака энергичная, яркая, четко выраженная. Этот необыкновенно мягкий, насыщенный фруктовый вкус, в котором преобладают цитрусовые ноты, дарит чувство гармонии структуры и тонкости вкуса. Почти минеральный финал ласкает нёбо приятной солоноватостью, продолжительной и стойкой.
