10.1 Each right or remedy of the Seller under the Contract is without prejudice to any other right or remedy of the Seller whether under the Contract or not.
10.2 If any provision of the Contract is found by any court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be wholly or partly invalid, void, voidable or unenforceable it shall to the extent of such illegality, invalidity, voidness, voidability or unenforceability be deemed severable and the remaining provisions of the Contract and the remainder of such provision shall continue in full force and effect.
10.3 Failure or delay by the Seller in enforcing or partially enforcing any provision of the Contract shall not be construed as a waiver of any of its rights under the Contract.
10.6 The Seller may assign its receivables from the Contract to any third person.

10.1 Žádným právem ani opravným prostředkem prodávajícího vyplývajícím ze smlouvy nejsou dotčena jakákoli jiná práva ani opravné prostředky prodávajícího bez ohledu na to, zda vyplývají ze smlouvy, či nikoli.
10.2 Pokud jakékoli ustanovení smlouvy bude příslušným soudem či tribunálem shledáno plně nebo částečně absolutně či relativně neplatným nebo nevykonatelným, má se za to, že takové nezákonné, absolutně či relativně neplatné nebo nevykonatelné ustanovení je oddělitelné od zbývajících ustanovení smlouvy, která zůstávají plně účinná.
10.3 Pokud prodávající nevymáhá dodržování ustanovení této smlouvy nebo bude v prodlení s jejich vymáháním, a to i částečně, nezříká se tím svých práv vyplývajících ze smlouvy.
10.6 Prodávající je oprávněn postoupit své pohledávky vyplývající ze smlouvy kterékoli třetí osobě.

Source text - English 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 35 of the Labor Code, the parties have agreed on a probationary period of three months since the date of employment commencement. During that period, the employment may be terminated by either party without stating a reason, ordinarily by means of a written notice delivered to the other party at least 3 days before the termination of
employment.
2. The Employee hereby acknowledges that his/her work is to be performed during the specified working hours in operation, in the scope of 40 hours a week, and that the working hours are evenly distributed from Monday through Friday.
3. The Employee has been made aware of the following job duties:
a) perform the work assigned to him/her conscientiously and to his/her best knowledge and ability; maintain work discipline and other duties prescribed by the Labor Code; observe other duties set forth in the Labor Code, other general legal employment relationships, working regulations,and his/her superior’s instructions.
b) fully use the working hours and means of production to fulfill the tasks assigned to him/her in a high-quality, economic and timely manner;
c) duly manage the funds entrusted to him/her by the Employer; preserve and protect the Employer’s assets against damage, loss, destruction and misuse; not to act in conflict with the Employer’s rightful interest; notify his/her superior of any damage threatening health or property, and undertake all steps to prevent the damage if immediately required, unless
prevented by a major circumstance.
Translation - Czech 1. V souladu s ustanovením § 35 zákoníku práce se strany dohodly na tříměsíční zkušební době, která začíná běžet ode dne vzniku pracovního poměru. Během této doby může být pracovní poměr zrušen kteroukoliv ze stran bez uvedení důvodu, zpravidla písemným oznámením doručeným druhé straně nejméně 3 dny před zrušením pracovního poměru.
2. Zaměstnanec tímto bere na vědomí, že svou práci bude vykonávat ve stanovené pracovní době v rozsahu 40 hodin týdně, které budou rovnoměrně rozvržené od pondělí do pátku.
3. Zaměstnanec se seznámil s následujícími pracovními povinnostmi:
a) vykonávat svěřenou práci svědomitě, podle svých nejlepších znalostí a schopností, dodržovat pracovní kázeň a jiné povinnosti stanovené zákoníkem práce, plnit ostatní povinnosti vyplývající ze zákoníku práce, z jiných obecných pracovněprávních vztahů, pracovního řádu a pokynů svého nadřízeného.
b) plně využívat pracovní dobu a pracovní prostředky ke kvalitnímu, hospodárnému a včasnému plnění zadaných úkolů;
c) řádně spravovat prostředky, které mu zaměstnavatel svěří; střežit a ochraňovat majetek zaměstnavatele před poškozením, ztrátou, zničením a zneužitím; nekonat v rozporu s oprávněným zájmem zaměstnavatele; informovat svého nadřízeného o jakékoli hrozící škodě na zdraví nebo majetku a, je-li to bezpodmínečně nutné, podniknout veškeré kroky, aby škodě předešel, ledaže mu v tom brání vážné okolnosti.

10.1 Statutárním orgánem Společnosti jsou dva jednatelé. Každý z jednatelů je oprávněn jednat jménem Společnosti samostatně.
10.2 Jednatele jmenuje a odvolává valná hromada.
10.3 Jednatelům náleží obchodní vedení Společnosti. Rozhodnutí o obchodním vedení Společnosti může činit každý z jednatelů samostatně.
10.4 Jednatel je zejména povinen:
(a) zajistit řádné vedení předepsané evidence a účetnictví Společnosti;
(b) informovat společníky o záležitostech Společnosti;
(c) vést seznam společníků;
(d) řídit se zásadami a pokyny schválenými valnou hromadou a vykonávat její usnesení, pokud jsou v souladu s právními předpisy, touto společenskou smlouvou a stanovami Společnosti.
10.5 Jednatel je povinen vykonávat svou působnost s péčí řádného hospodáře a zachovávat mlčenlivost o důvěrných informacích a skutečnostech, jejichž prozrazení třetím osobám by mohlo Společnosti způsobit škodu.
10.6 Omezit jednatelská oprávnění může pouze tato společenská smlouva, stanovy nebo valná hromada. Takové omezení je však vůči třetím osobám neúčinné.

10.1 The governing body of the Company consists of two executives. Each of the Executives is authorized to act on behalf of the Company independently.
10.2 The Executives are appointed and dismissed by the General Meeting.
10.3 The Executives are responsible for management of the Company. A decision on running the business of the Company may be made by each of the Executives independently.
10.4 The Executive is obliged, including but not limited to:
(a) to arrange that the required records and financial/accounting books of the Company are kept properly;
(b) to inform the shareholders about the Company's affairs/matters;
(c) to keep a list of the shareholders;
(d) to follow the principles and directions ratified by the General Meeting and to implement resolutions of the General Meeting if they comply with the legislation, this Memorandum of the Association and Articles of Association of the Company.
10.5 The Executives are obliged to perform their duties with due managerial care and not to disclose confidential information and facts whose disclosure to the third parties could cause damage to the Company.
10.6 The power to act on behalf of the Company may be restricted only by this Memorandum of Association, the Articles of Association or the General Meeting. Such restrictions, however, are ineffective against the third parties.
