Source text - English Cracking an egg in your coffee comes with some benefits to your health. Of course, coffee alone is famous for boosting your metabolism, boosting your energy levels and protecting your body from various diseases. But what happens when you add just one more ingredient?
Eggs are incredible source of micronutrients – they contain everything necessary to build a baby bird from scratch. I’m not calling you a baby bird, but that’s something right? The yolks that are used in the coffee (you will see below that the whites are discarded) are rich in Vitamins A, D, E, and K, among necessary dietary minerals and antioxidants. Eggs also have beneficial effects on one’s cardiovascular health, metabolic health, and one’s memory and cognitive functions. These are to name a few.

Source text - English Our Story
15 years ago, BeBe entered the world of bespoke tailoring, all thanks to Miss Be who gathered up a handful of her relatives familiar with the craft, and set up shop. Having been disenchanted by the level of quality and service provided by other tailors in town, the sole intention of Miss Be and her team was to create the perfect garment for every customer that walked in through their doors. And that they did. So well in fact, that the name ‘BeBe Tailors’ quickly spread from one mouth to the other, that a move to bigger premises seemed like the next logical step. 11 Hoang Dieu St. then became the site of BeBe1 today.
But that was only the beginning. Over the years, with each recommendation, the number of customers grew, and as did BeBe alongside them. TripAdvisor and Facebook played a huge role in spreading word-of-mouth throughout the online community, attracting those looking up tailors in Hoi An. BeBe managed to stand out in the sea of results, and with the increasing demand, the flagship store, BeBe1, could no longer cope. In 2012, a second site at the entrance to the Hoi An Ancient Town at 95 Phan Chau Trinh St. was opened, and then a third one in 2014 at 40 Tran Hung Dao St. The initial humble mom & pop store had now become a 3-store empire, that had served over 70,000 satisfied customers.

Opening Song
The Sun the master of the world
Comes down to the earth and becomes a human
and they call him a king, call him the king
People trying to do things
that no human can do
A piece of the Gods that they have sent
to look after the humans
To live and to die it falls down on the ground
Translation - English Sorrikkun4 (aniri) Now the story goes back to the time when King Jeongjo succeeded his throne. He was bothering his head about being the king that his people needs. (sori) Here I announce that I will lay down the four reformation rules. First, ‘MIN_SAN’. ‘Min’ for the people and ‘San’ to create. I will benefit my country by encouraging my people to produce goods by themselves, enabling them to pave their way to escape the poverty. Second, ‘IN-JAE’. ‘In’ for person and Jae for ‘skills’. Regardless man or woman, rich or poor, I will let their talents be used for everyone. Third, ‘YUNG-JEONG’. ‘Yung’ for weapons and ‘Jeong’, to govern. I will reform the military system to equip ourselves the power to protect our country from foreign intruders. Forth, ‘JAE-YONG’. ‘Jae’ for fortune and ‘Yong’, to give. I will use my wealth for my people, not for myself. This is the politics of a wise king and through these rules I will make Joseon a better place. (Aniri) However it was inevitable to have opposition forces even for the king like Jeongjo. It was only been a year after the Jeongjo ascend the throne when Hong Jihae, Hong Inhwan, Jeong hugyeom and others started oppose his enthronement.

So for 1 year, I travelled North America, meeting the leaders and followers of the men’s rights movement.
I spent anywhere from two hours up to eight hours , interviewing each individual men’s rights activist, also known as MRA.
And I filmed 44 people total.
And there is an important rule in documentary film making, As an interviewer, you do not interrupt.
So I’m asking questions, and I’m getting their full life story. and in the moment I didn't realize but now looking back I can see
that while I was conducting my interviews, I wasn't actually listening.
I was hearing them speak, and I knew the cameras were recording,
but in those moments, of stting across from my enemy I wasn’t listening.
What was I doing? I was anticipating, I was waiting to hear a sentence or even just couple of words in succession that proved what I wanted to believe.
That I had found the misogynist.
I’ve lived as a man and a woman- here’s what I learned
I was in my local Denver bike shop and a young summer employee said,“Can I help?” and I said “Yeah, can the frame of an older Gary Fisher mountain bike start to flex and bend enough that it causes the rear break to rub?”
He said “Well, disk brakes need regular adjustments” I said “I,,, know that. and in fact I do my reg. break adjustments”
He said “ Oh well, then your rotor’s bent”
I said, “Yeah my rotor’s not bent. I know a bent rotor”
With condescension he said “Well, what do you want me to do ?”
I said “ You could answer my question”
At which point Kyle, the manager of the shop stepped in. He’s such a sweetheart.
He said “ I think you are probably right, let me ask you a question. Do you only get a chirp coming from that rear break when you’re pulling hard uphill?”
I said “Yes, exactly”
He said, “Yeah that’s frame fatigue”
