I attempted to complete a number of assessment tasks – both cognitive and attainment with xxxx in the school library. This proved impossible due to his very low skill levels and his distractibility.

Much has been reported recently on children who have English as an additional language and SEND. Crucial to identifying children who fall into this category is evidence of the pupil’s proficiency in speaking, listening, reading and writing in their own language and the strategies they use. To date we do not have this information.

Source text - Portuguese É necessário entender que para sobreviver no mercado é necessário ser competitivo e para isso temos que ser imediatistas e proativos o que muitas das vezes é esquecido por alguns setores centralizados como RH, TI, Suprimentos, etc. Deixar de lado a visão de que, por não atuarmos de forma geral, em um mercado concorrencial (o fato de a xxxx estar negociando energia não muda esse pensamento na corporação), fazer meramente o necessário é suficiente; ter um programa de carreira mais sólido, que não dependa apenas do fator 'sorte'; a nova política de 'assumir riscos' precisa ser melhor balizada, para que fatores importantes não sejam ignorados; incentivar o engajamento das pessoas em projetos que não necessariamente lhe tragam algum tipo de ganho profissional. Muita gente ainda ignora as necessidades de outras áreas, simplesmente porque não são prioritárias a elas.
Por fim, o mais importante: não permitir, dentro da organização, a tirania de certas lideranças. O apetite pela superação de metas desperta o pior em algumas pessoas: humilhação de colaboradores, pressão desmedida, estímulo a práticas ruins.

Translation - English It is important to understand that surviving on the market depends on being competitive and for that we need to be proactive and have an immediate perspective, which is vaguely applied by some central departments such as HR, IT, Supplies, etc. Leave out the perspective of not acting as a whole in a competitive market (the cooperation’s perspective should not be influenced by the fact that xxxxxx negotiates power), doing the basics is more than enough and have a more solid career planning that doesn’t depend on luck itself. The new risk policy must be buoyed to avoid the overlooking of essential details and encourage the involvement in certain projects that do not necessarily bring professional benefits. I often visit family in Spain and read a lot in this language, which aids my translation from Spanish into Portuguese or into English.
