1. That I am the Plaintiff in the above noted case and am fully conversant with facts and circumstances of the case and competent to swear this affidavit.
2. That the contents of the accompanying plaint have been drafted by my Counsel under my instructions, the contents of Para. No. 1 to 30 and 31 to 35 of the amended Plaint above are true and correct to my knowledge while the factual averments in para. No. 30A are true and correct to my knowledge and the rest of the contents of para no. 30A and 36 to 39 are true and correct as per the legal advice received and believed to be so. Nothing is false and nothing material has been concealed therefrom. The last para is prayer to this Hon’ble Court.
3. That the contents of the accompanying plaint may kindly be read as part and parcel of this affidavit and the same are not being reproduced herein for the sake of brevity.

1. أنني المدعية في القضية المشار إليها أعلاه، وأني على دراية تامة بوقائع القضية وملابساتها ولديّ الأهلية الكاملة لتصديق هذا الإقرار.

3. أنه يرجى التكرم بقراءة محتويات الشكوى المصاحبة لهذه الوثيقة باعتبارها جزء لا يتجزأ من هذا الإقرار الرسمي ولا توجد منها أي نسخ أخرى في هذه الوثيقة بهدف الإيجاز.
