The commitment levels of the Argenta employees, its branch-offices network and its clients, are measured annually with the NPS methodology. Argenta has the highest NPS score of any Belgian financial institution.
Matching with Digital environment. The Argenta employees are convinced of the need to “digitally” develop its banking services. Consumer commitment to the bank should not be affected since the digital strategy is omnichannel. The Branch managers are the only party involved who could resist the change. In fact, the digital environment affects their physical distribution model, and thus their income is affected as well.

Par la présente, nous confirmons que HIDDEN renonce à ses droits de préférence sur (i) HIDDEN et (ii) HIDDEN qui lui sont reconnus dans les Baux Emphytéotiques en cas de cession par Aedifica. Ces renonciations sont faites exclusivement dans le cadre de la cession par Aedifica de ses droits sur ces immeubles (et non pour toute cession ultérieure par le futur acquéreur) et pour autant que la cession intervienne d'ici au HIDDEN.

Seroja adalah siklon pertama yang mampu tiba di daratan, menurut Herizal, Deputi Bidang Klimatologi di Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi, dan Geofisika (BMKG). Penyebabnya, suhu air laut terus merangkak naik.

Translation - English "Eighteen of the twenty-two regencies/cities in East Nusa Tenggara, and parts of West Nusa Tenggara were affected by the cyclone: private houses and public buildings were damaged and hundreds of people lost their lives. More than a week after the cyclone some of the affected areas remain inaccessible and without electricity.
According to Dr. Herizal, the Deputy for Climatology at the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (the BMKG) cyclone Seroja was the first cyclone to move over land in Indonesia. The reason, he explains, is that sea water temperature has been steadily rising.
"In normal conditions tropical cyclones rarely enter the Indonesian territory, he says. They usually stay outside of Indonesian waters above the 10th parallel, but because of the rising water temperature, this cyclone was pushed further South. This is undeniably related to changing climate conditions".
During January-March this year alone there were at least 763 natural disasters in Indonesia says the BMKG. Hundreds of people lost their lives, millions were displaced, and thousands of public buildings were damaged.
According to their measurements from the last three to four months, the BMKG adds, these natural disasters were caused by hydro-meteorological factors, extreme temperatures and weather conditions, such as heavy rain combined with strong winds.
In early January, during 10 days of heavy rainfall, floodwaters swept away several cities/districts in South Kalimantan. Tens of thousands of houses were submerged, dozens of people died and tens of thousands had to flee the area.
Climate change has become a global conversation topic during the last ten years. At its peak in 2019, large-scale demonstrations were held by young people, scientists and groups of concerned citizens around the world, all with the same demand: save the earth.
Huge rallies took place in 2019, the second hottest year in a decade, during which the amount of carbon dioxide (CO2) and other greenhouse gases in the atmosphere increased to new record levels.
In addition, sea levels rose approximately 8 inches (20 cm) over the last century, and during the last twenty years the rate of sea level rise even doubled compared to the previous century. On top of that there was an increase of 30 percent in seawater acidity levels, caused by human industrial activities which emitted more carbon dioxide into the atmosphere than ever.

I've been working as a full-time translator for 9 years. I studied translation and communication science at KdG University in Antwerp and Tomsk University and I'm familiar with html, SEO and applied marketing principles.
I grew up in Belgium and spoke French (FR) and Dutch (NL) with my family and at home for 20 years. I'm also native in English (US) after living abroad and speaking English as a first language for 16 years. During that time I worked with German, French, English and Dutch speaking customers in travel related sales & marketing on location in North-America and SE-Asia.
