Source text - English Like O2OPTIX lenses, AOA lenses and AOA+HG lenses are all plasma surface treated lotraficon B with handling tint, silicone hydrogel contact lenses.
The three lotraficon B lenses differ only in packaging saline composition [either PBS only or PBS with additives (i.e., 1% Copolymer or 1% Copolymer plus 0.04% EO45BO10)].
All lenses have been shown to be equivalent (material, manufacturing process, packaging/sterilization and finished product specification) with the desired exception that lenses in saline containing additives (AOA and AOA+HG) have the same, lower contact angle finished product specification as compared to O2OPTIX lenses.
The primary package saline formulation for AOA+HG has been modified from the AOA product to include an additional wetting agent (EO45BO10).Nonclinical testing of AOA+HG lenses (physical, chemical, optical, toxicological) demonstrates that the addition of HydraGlyde to packaging saline does not impact established material properties and key attributes of AOA lenses.
Additionally, the AOA+HG project involves an expanded parameter range to include +6.50 to +8.00D and -10.50 to -12.00D.
When considering the equivalence of AOA lenses and AOA+HG lenses with regard to material, manufacturing process, finished product specification, and packaging with AOA+HG lenses differing only in the addition of EO45BO10 to the packaging saline, and that the expanded power range does not raise new questions of safety or effectiveness, the existing clinical data serves as the user validation for AOA+HG lenses.

Source text - English What is the European Union (EU)?
The European Union (EU) is a political and economic community of
twenty-seven member states. It was established in 1993 by the Treaty of Maastricht adding new areas of policy to the existing European Community founded in 1957.
Member states of the European Union benefit from being able to trade freely with other member states, whilst sharing a common external border with non-European Union countries. The EU is a Customs Union, which means the member states of the EU have no Customs duty barriers between them.
Goods in ‘free circulation’ originating in any EU country may be imported into any other EU country without the payment of Customs duty. Instead, they all have a common Customs duty tariff against goods from outside the EU. Shipments imported into the community from non-EU countries will be subject to normal
Customs formalities and, except where special trade agreements exist (e.g. EFTA states), the imposition of Customs duty at the standard rate irrespective of which EU country they are imported into.
What does ‘IN FREE CIRCULATION’ mean?
Goods imported into the EU from a third country, on which all Customs charges have been paid, are said to be in free circulation within the EU. This means that once Customs duty has been paid at the point of entry into the EU, those goods may then circulate freely within the rest of the EU, without any liability to pay further Customs charges when they move from one member state to another.
Goods are in ‘free circulation’ if:
They were manufactured in a European Union country
OR
They have been imported from a non-European Union country and all Customs formalities have been completed and all Custom s duties paid.
For shipments that are in free circulation the Shipper will complete the description box of the Air Waybill as normal. FedEx will assume that the shipment is in free circulation unless otherwise indicated on the IAWB.
When the goods are in free circulation:
The Shipper does not need to indicate the Customs Value on the IAWB.
No Commercial Invoice is needed, even if the Shipper declares a Customs Value.
No additional Customs paperwork is required such as: CITES license, Certificate of Origin, etc.
A yellow and blue European Union label needs to be applied to each of the packages in the shipment
What are ‘C Status’ goods?
‘C Status Goods’ is another term used to describe goods in free circulation.
What does ‘NOT IN FREE CIRCULATION’ mean?
Goods ‘not in free circulation’ are non-EU Origin goods, which have not been subject to Customs formalities and Customs duties have not yet been paid on import into the EU.
For shipments that are not in free circulation the Shipper must make a statement to this effect on the IAWB.
When the goods are not in free circulation:
The Shipper must indicate ‘GOODS ARE NOT IN FREE CIRCULATION’ on the IAWB – a box can be checked to fulfil this requirement (see below).
Commercial Invoices are required.
A value must be declared on the IAWB .
There is no additional labelling requirement.

Если товары находятся в свободном обращении:
отправителю не нужно указывать в международной авианакладной таможенную стоимость
коммерческий инвойс не требуется, даже в том случае, когда отправитель объявляет таможенную стоимость
не требуются никакие таможенные документы, такие как лицензия CITES, сертификат происхождения и т. д.
на каждую из упаковок, входящих в состав посылки необходимо прикрепить желто-голубые наклейки Евросоюза.
