(a) For purposes of this Agreement, “Intellectual Property” means the following items of intangible and tangible property:
(i) Patents, whether in the form of utility patents or design patents and all pending applications for such patents;
(ii) Trademarks, trade names, service marks, design, logos, and trade dress, whether or not registered, and all pending applications of registration of the same;
(iii) Copyrights and other works of authorship, documentation, specifications, preparatory works, flow-charts, programmer notes, updates, data, data bases, architecture of the code, software programs (in source and object formats), articles and publications, whether or not registered or registerable, and all pending applications for registration of the same;
(iv) Inventions, improvements, research records, discoveries, developments, methods, processes, concepts and ideas, know-how, trade secrets, confidential information, product designs, engineering specifications and drawings, technical information, formulae, customer lists, supplier lists and market analyses;
(b) To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall be the owner and proprietor of all Intellectual Property made by myself in connection with my employment and, in any case I hereby assign, and agree to assign by way of future assignment, to the Company full right, title and interest in and to all Intellectual Property conceived, made, created, developed or reduced to practice by me (whether alone or with others) during the term of my employment with the Company

(a)본 계약의 목적 상 "지적 재산"이란 다음과 같은 유형, 무형의 자산을 의미 합니다:
(i) 특허 (실용 신안 또는 디자인 특허 및 출원 대기 중인 실용신안 및 디자인 특허);
(ii) 상표, 상호, 서비스마크, 디자인, 로고 및 상모 (등록, 미등록 및 등록 출원 대기 중인 모든 관련 출원);
(iii) 저작권 및 기타 저작물, 문서, 명세서, 준비 작업, 흐름도, 프로그래머 노트, 업데이트, 데이터, 데이터베이스, 코드 아키텍처, 소프트웨어 프로그램 (소스 및 객체 형식), 기사 및 간행물, (등록 또는 등록 가능성 여부 무관하며, 등록 출원 중인 모든 관련 출원);
(iv) 발명, 개선, 연구 기록, 발견, 개발, 방법, 프로세스, 개념 및 아이디어, 노하우, 영업 비밀, 기밀 정보, 제품 설계, 엔지니어링 명세서 및 도면, 기술 정보, 공식, 고객 명단, 납품업자 명단 및 시장 분석;
관련법의 허용 한도 내에서, 본인은 회사에게 본인의 고용과 관련하여 어떠한 경우에도 본인에 의해 산출되는 모든 지적 재산권의 소유자이자 소유주가 될 것을 양도합니다. 또한 본인은 향후 양도를 통해 회사에게 모든 권리, 소유권과 이권 및 회사와의 고용 기간 동안 본인에 의하여 (단독으로 또는 다른 사람과 함께) 구상, 작성, 창작, 개발 또는 축소 된 모든 지적 재산권을 양도하는 것에 동의하는 바입니다.
