Source text - Indonesian Perusahaan harus memiliki daya saing yang komparatif dan tidak mudah ditiru oleh para kompetitor sehingga menghasilkan kinerja terbaik yang berkesinambungan.Dalam upaya menciptakan peluang dibalik ancaman tersebut, perusahaan membutuhkan pekerja-pekerja yang mampu menjalankan peran dan tanggung jawab pekerjaan dengan baik agar mencapai kinerja yang diharapkan. Dengan meningkatkan keterlibatan kerja akan membuat produktivitas dan efektivitas perusahaan meningkat (Brown, 1996). Dalam penelitian ini keterlibatan kerja akan disebut job involvement.
Translation - English A company ought to have a comparative competitiveness which is not easily imitated by the competitors to produce the best sustainable performance. In an attempt to create opportunities behind that threat, companies need employees who are able to carry out their roles and responsibilities well in order to achieve the expected performance. Increasing employment engagement will boost the productivity and the company effectiveness (Brown, 1996). In this research, the employment engagement will be referred to as job involvement.

Source text - English Capacity of a service firm is ``the highest quantity of output possible in a given time period with a predefined level of staffing, facilities and equipment'' (Lovelock, 1992, p. 26). Capacity among service firms has one commonality. For each day a service is not put to profitable use, it cannot be saved (Bateson, 1977; Thomas, 1978). This perishability suggests a need for careful planning and management, as idle capacity due to slack demand, as well as turning away customers due to insufficient capacity, are serious problems critical to the success of many service firms (Harris and Peacock, 1995).
Translation - Indonesian Kapasitas sebuah perusahaan jasa adalah jumlah produk keluaran terbaik yang mungkin terjadi dalam jangka waktu tertentu dengan tingkat kepegawaian, fasilitas dan perlengkapan yang telah ditetapkan (Lovelock, 1992, hal 26). Kapasitas antar perusahaan jasa memiliki satu kesamaan. Untuk setiap harinya, layanan yang tidak dimanfaatkan secara maksimal tidak dapat disimpan (Bateson, 1977; Thomas, 1978).
