for the offense referred to in Article 572 of the Criminal Code, in that he subjected his wife SIDDIQUE Nafiza Lili, who lived with him, to psychological and physical abuse, and, in particular, beat her on many occasions, even when the woman was pregnant, slapping her and using fists, on the occasion of frequent quarrels, insulted her by calling her, among others, a "whore", thus prompting a state of fear, degradation, humiliation and suffering.
