A native US English speaker, I've been translating between Spanish/Brazilian Portuguese and English for at least 3 years. I have experience working in communications at a small Guatemalan nonprofit and as a researcher and blog writer at a think tank focused on education in Latin America. I also have 2 years of experience at a foundation making grants to a broad portfolio of nonprofit organizations throughout Latin America, and I am particularly familiar with grant reports and grant writing.

I have lived in Guatemala and Brazil and have traveled extensively throughout Latin America - and I love it! I think it's fascinating to translate words and ideas between different languages and cultures. I'm excited to help you with your project!
