I am a graduate of Education in the Specialty of Foreign Language English, when I was living in Cuba. I worked about 6 years in the educational system, then I began to work in a company who developed advanced technologies in some scientific fields. There, I was able to edit and translate scientific projects from English to Spanish as well as Spanish to English. I also updated the Website of the company in English and Spanish and helped the Director with the foreign visitors. After that, I started to work for an independent group translating, synchronizing and subtitling documentaries, movies and series. After some years working with them, I began to work with Cuban Travelling Caribbean Film Showcase in Havana. I worked likewise translating, synchronizing and subtitling movies and documentaries, and at the same time convoked film directors from all over the Caribbean to participate in our Showcase, ending with very good results in my tasks. Besides, I have translated many works about medicine, work agreements, short stories about different themes. Now I live in the United States and I want to continue developing my translation skills.
