Об этом Маас сообщил в интервью немецкой газете Bild am Sonntag.
«Из-за поведения России к ней в последние годы, несомненно, было утрачено много доверия», — сказал Маас, заметив, однако, что в то же время Москва необходима странам Запада «как партнер». Это, как уверен глава немецкого внешнеполитического ведомства, нужно, «например, для разрешения региональных конфликтов и для [решения проблемы] разоружения». О решении выслать из страны четырех российских дипломатов в связи с отравлением в британском Солсбери бывшего полковника ГРУ Сергея Скрипаля Германия объявила 26 марта. Тогда же подобные заявления сделали еще более 20 западных стран, в том числе США, Канада, Франция, Италия и Испания. Всего на родину в связи с решением местных властей должны будут вернуться более 100 работавших за рубежом сотрудников дипмиссий России. Ранее аналогичную меру также предпринял Лондон. Великобританию тогда покинули 23 российских дипломата.
Сергея Скрипаля, который ранее был осужден в России за шпионаж в пользу Британии, и его дочь Юлию нашли без сознания в парке в Солсбери 4 марта. На следующий день премьер-министр страны Тереза Мэй заявила, что оба они были отравлены нервно-паралитическим веществом «Новичок», которое ранее разрабатывалось в СССР. Foreign Minister of Germany Heiko Maas has said that the decision of German authorities to expel four Russian diplomats over the Skripal case was taken to support the United Kingdom and to signal a solidarity. The top diplomat called a unity of western countries against Russia very important given the fact that Moscow through its behavior in recent years has destroyed the trust. Mr. Maas said this in an interview to the German Bild am Sonntag newspaper.
“Russia’s behavior in recent years has undermined a lot of trust,” Maas said noting, however, that Western countries needed Moscow as a partner in order to resolve regional conflicts. Moreover, according to the diplomat, keeping up a dialogue with Russia is important to continue a disarmament. In addition, the minister mentioned an important role of Moscow “in sustaining the international order.”
“That’s why we prefer keeping a dialogue open and expect that the trust [towards Russian authorities] will restore over time,” Maas said stressing, however, that this would be only possible if “Russia was ready to [cooperate].”
On March 26, Germany announced its decision to expel four Russian diplomats in connection with the poisoning of former Russian military intelligence officer (colonel of the Russian Main Intelligence Department) Sergei Skripal that took place in Salisbury, the United Kingdom. Around the same date 20 more western countries such as the U.S., Canada, France, Italy, Spain and others made similar statements expelling over 100 employees of the Russian diplomatic missions abroad. London also took the measure and exiled 23 Russian diplomats.
Sergei Skripal, who was earlier convicted in Russia for spying in favor of the United Kingdom intelligence, and his daughter Yuliya were found unconscious on a bench in a park in Salisbury on March 4. Next day Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Theresa May made a statement saying the two had been poisoned with a nerve agent, the Novichok, that was developed in the former USSR. Given this, Theresa May concluded, there were reasons to believe that Russia was involved. Moscow denied the accusations repeatedly, and Russian Ambassador to the United Kingdom Alexandr Yakovenko went so far as to suggest that British special services could have been involved in the poisoning.

Премьер-министр Дмитрий Медведев назвал неприемлемым протекционизмом новые санкции Министерства финансов США в отношении российских компаний и бизнесменов. Об этом он заявил на совещании с вице-премьерами, сообщает «The Insider».
«Пятничные санкции в отношении нашей страны — это, конечно, еще одно проявление этой протекционистской политики, но и завуалированной еще в эту санкционную обложку», — сказал Медведев .
Он заявил, что Россия считает новые санкции неприемлемыми и нелегитимными, поскольку они находятся вне плоскости международного права.
Также Медведев поручил правительству разработать меры поддержки российских компаний, попавших в новый санкционный список США.
«Во-первых, поддержка этим компаниям оказывается и в постоянном режиме. Мы к нашим ведущим компаниям относимся очень внимательно — это и многотысячные коллективы, очень важные рабочие места для нашей страны. Но в нынешней ситуации при ухудшении их положения будем эту поддержку оказывать», — заявил Дворкович.
Он подчеркнул, что некоторые меры поддержки обсуждались с компаниями еще до ужесточения санкций.
Напомним, введение Министерством финансов США новых санкций в отношении российских компаний и олигархов из «Кремлевского списка» сильно пошатнуло российскую экономику. Акций российских компаний и рубль активно падают в цене.
В список попал и президент «РусАла» миллиардер Олег Дерипаска, а также его компании — En+ Group, «РусАл», группа «ГАЗ». В связи с этим компания «РусАл» сообщила о вероятности технического дефолта по некоторым обязательствам из-за санкций со стороны США.

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev at a governmental meeting with his deputies has called new sanctions imposed by the U.S. Department of Treasury against Russian companies and businessmen an unpleasant protectionism, as The Insider reports.
“The Friday’s sanctions against our country are, no doubt, another manifestation of the protectionist policy only dressed up as sanctions,” Medvedev said.
The PM said Russia considered the new sanctions unacceptable and unlawful as they fall out of the rules of the international law.
Medvedev also ordered the government to develop measures to support Russian companies that came under the new sanctions imposed by the U.S.
“Even without the sanctions, our companies receive support on regular basis. We nurture our leading companies as they represent multi-thousand staffs, valuable working places of our country. But especially in this situation when they come up for challenges we will provide them our support,” said one of Kremlin’s high-ranking officials Arkady Dvorkovich.
As it was earlier reported, the new sanctions imposed by the U.S. Department of Treasury on Russian large companies and oligarchs designated under the Kremlin List gave a serious blow to Russian economy. In particular, stocks of the Russian companies and the Ruble are tumbling.
Among individuals and companies that were hit by the new sanctions was President of the RUSAL aluminum behemoth and Russian billionaire Oleg Deripaska and his other companies: En+ Group and GAZ automobile manufacturer. The RUSAL already warned of a possibility of a technical default on some of its obligations due to the new sanctions of the United States.

Российская грузовая авиакомпания Волга-Днепр до конца года прекратит предоставлять НАТО грузовые самолеты Ан-124. Об этом сообщило французское издание Challenges со ссылкой на источники.
Отмечается, что такое решение российская сторона приняла в ответ на усиление американских санкций.
Речь идет проекте SALIS (Strategic Airlift International Solution), в рамках которого в 2006 году было создано совместное предприятие украинских Авиалиний Антонова и российской Волга-Днепр. Всего крупные негабаритные грузы альянса перевозили 17 самолетов Руслан.
Издание подчеркивает, что решение Волга-Днепр станет ощутимым ударом для французской армии, так как она остается зависимой от Русланов в вопросах транспортировки вертолетов и танков, несмотря на наличие самолета Airbus A400M.
Руслан − самый грузоподъемный в мире серийный грузовой самолет, который в 1982-1988 годах был также крупнейшим по габаритам.
Ан-124 способен поднять в воздух до 120 тонн груза и развить максимальную скорость до 865 километров в час.

Russian cargo aviation company, the Volga-Dnepr, will stop providing An-124 heavyweight cargo aircrafts to NATO by the end of the year, as French magazine Challenges wrote citing its own sources.
According to the publication, the decision was taken by Russia in response to strengthened American sanctions.
In particular, cargo transportation services to be cut off are part of the SALIS (Strategic Airlift International Solution) project, which in 2006 branched a joint enterprise between a Ukrainian aircraft company, the Antonov Airlines, and a Russian heavyweight air cargo company, the Volga-Dnepr. The enterprise provided cargo transportation services for the Alliance on 17 An-24 (Ruslan) cargo aircrafts.
The magazine stressed that the decision of the Volga-Dnepr to discontinue services would become a tangible blow to the French Army as it remains dependent on Ruslan aircrafts for transportation of helicopters and tanks, even despite it has an Airbus A400M at its disposal.
Ruslan (An-124) is a cargo aircraft with the most weight-lifting capacity in the world; in 1982-1988 it was also the largest airlift aircraft.
An-124 can lift in the air up to 120 tons of cargo and carry it with the maximum speed of up to 865 kilometers per hour.

Латвийский гражданин подозревается в том, что по заданию российских спецслужб собирал сведения о военных объектах и о ситуации в латвийско-российской приграничной зоне. Об этом в среду, 7 февраля, сообщает портал LSM.lv.
В интересах следствия более подробная информация пока не предоставляется, говорится в сообщении.
В полиции безопасности объяснили, что российские спецслужбы, у которых в распоряжении большие оперативно-технические ресурсы, как и раньше заинтересованы в получении разведывательной информации, предоставить которую может только человек, который находится вблизи объектов, которые интересуют спецслужбы и периодически осуществляет за ними визуальное наблюдение. Поэтому спецслужбы РФ продолжают вербовать жителей Латвии, прежде всего, на территории России, используя различные методы.
Полиция безопасности призывает латвийцев, которых во время их пребывания за границей пытались завербовать иностранные спецслужбы, сообщать об этом в ПБ.
Министр внутренних дел Латвии Рихард Козловскис отметил, что активность иностранных спецслужб в Латвии в последние годы все больше возрастает с учетом общей ситуации безопасности в странах Балтии. По его словам, интерес иностранных спецслужб вызывает увеличенный контингент НАТО в Латвии.

According to Kozlovskis, foreign special services have been attracted by the increased number of NATO’s contingent in Latvia.
As it was earlier reported, counter-reconnaissance officers of the Ukrainian Security Service detained a separatist in Odesa (southeast Ukraine) who arrived to perform a task at the direction of the FSB of Russia.

С понедельника, 29 января, США начнут вводить санкции против физических лиц и компаний из любой страны мира, которые будут заключать "существенные" контракты с предприятиями оборонного сектора России.
Признавать сделки "существенными" будет американская сторона, пишет РБК.
О праве американских властей вводить санкции начиная с 29 января говорится в законе "О противодействии неприятелям Америки через санкции", который президент США Дональд Трамп подписал в начале августа 2017 года. Разъяснения об этом также дал Госдепартамент США в октябре.
Для этого ведомство оставило специальный список российских оборонных предприятий. В него вошли 39 компаний, в том числе "Рособоронэкспорт" - монополист на российском рынке продажи вооружений за рубеж. Согласно закону, США могут ввести санкции против любого физлица или компании в любой стране мира, которые после 2 августа заключали сделки с предприятием из списка Госдепа.
При этом под угрозу санкций попадают не только зарубежные предприятия и граждане, но и российские компании. В частности, из-за этого "Альфа-банк" в начале января сообщил предприятиям российского оборонно-промышленного комплекса (ОПК), что отказывается их обслуживать из-за угрозы санкций.

29 января Минфин США должен представить список людей, приближенных к президенту РФ Владимиру Путину. Он получил условное название "кремлевский доклад". В отношении людей из этого списка США могут ввести персональные санкции.
В сентябре Bloomberg писал, что под санкциями могут оказаться крупнейшие российские банки, которые сотрудничают с оборонными предприятиями, в частности, Сбербанк и ВТБ. По информации агентства, из-за угрозы санкций российские власти задумывались о создании отдельного банка для оборонных контрактов. О реализации этой идеи стало известно 18 января. Опорный банк для гособоронзаказа будет создан на базе Промсвязьбанка. В декабре прошлого года Центробанк объявил о его санации. Translation - English U.S. will start imposing sanctions on arms deals with Russia
Starting from Monday, January 29, the United States will begin placing sanctions on individuals and companies located in any part of the world that will enter into “material” contracts with companies from Russian defense sector. Whether a deal is “material” will be determined by American side, as reported by the RBC.
The sanctions are validated by the law on Countering America’s Adversaries Through Sanctions enacted by United States President Donald Trump in early August 2017. Later in October the law saw explanations from the U.S. Department of State.
The Department of State drew up a special list comprised of 39 Russian industrial defense companies including the Rosoboronexport state-run monopoly intermediary for sales of military products abroad. The law allows the U.S. to place sanctions on any individual or a company around the globe that after August 2 entered into contracts with the companies designated under the Department of State’s list.
The sanctions also target Russian companies, which was the reason why Alfa-bank in early January informed its customers from Russian military industrial sector that it would not be able to provide services to them for fear of sanctions.
According to a source cited by the Interfax news agency, in 2017, Russia sold armament total worth USD 14 billion.
On January 29, the U.S. Department of the Treasury is expected to release a list of Russian officials, close affiliates of Russian President Vladimir Putin, whom the U.S. will consider for individual sanctions. The list was dubbed as the Kremlin Report.
In September, Bloomberg wrote that Russian largest banks such as Sberbank and VTB that maintain cooperation with defense industrial enterprises could fall under the sanctions. According to Bloomberg, Russian authorities were considering setting up a separate bank specifically for servicing military contracts to circumvent the sanctions. As appeared on January 18, the Russian state authorities implemented this idea. The new bank that will deal with state defense orders will be created based on Promsvyazbank. In December the Central Bank announced that Promsvyazbank was undergoing rehabilitation, after which a new chair would be appointed to the bank - head of the Russian Export Center Petr Fradkov.

Об этом говорится в сообщении САП, передают Українські Новини.
Обвинительный акт был направлен в суд 30 марта.
Гавриловой инкриминируется ч. 2 ст. 368-2 (незаконное обогащение) и ст. 366-1 (декларирование недостоверной информации) Уголовного кодекса.
Гаврилова, по версии следствия, в течение 2015-2016 годов получила активов на 10 млн гривен, по которым НАБУ и САП не нашли законных оснований.
Как сообщали Українські Новини, Соломенский районный суд Киева ранее наложил арест на все имущество Гавриловой.

The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecution (SACPO) has filed an indictment claim against Chairperson of the State Audit Service (SAS) Lidiya Havrylova.
The SAS has said this in a statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
The claim was filed on March 30.
The SAS accuses Havrylova under Section 2, Article 368-2 (illegal acquisition of wealth) and Article 366-1 (declaring false data) of the Penal Code.
According to the claim, during 2015-2016, Havrylova accumulated personal wealth worth UAH 10 million, which did not have credible sources, according to results of the NACB and SACPO investigations.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Solomiyanskyi District Court of Kyiv arrested all property of Havrylova.

Об этом говорится в сообщении пресс-службы компании, передают Українські Новини.
Отмечается, что системное проведение электронных торгов по реализации сжиженного газа на украинской энергетической бирже и полная трансформация подхода к процессам производства, сбыта, управления качеством, маркетингового сопровождения продукции от завода к потребителю сделали торги доступными и удобными для широкого круга игроков.
"Укргаздобыча" благодаря решению правительства предложила рынку более удобный инструмент. И сегодня мы видим результат этих изменений: растет ликвидность наших продаж, стабилизируется рынок сжиженного газа, создавая внутренний индикатив цен", - цитирует пресс-служба директора по коммерческим вопросам компании Сергея Федоренко.
В компании напоминают, что ранее "Укргаздобыча" была ограничена только двумя аукционами в месяц.
Это не позволяло оперативно реагировать на изменения конъюнктуры рынка.
В конце 2017 года Кабмин принял постановление, разрешив продажу сжиженного газа на электронных биржевых аукционах.
Теперь "Укргаздобыча" имеет возможность проводить торги еженедельно и осуществлять оперативное реагирование на колебания цен на рынке.
Как сообщали Українські Новини, "Укргаздобыча" является крупнейшим добытчиком газа в Украине и, согласно постановлению Кабмина, обязана реализовывать все объемы добытого газа Национальной акционерной компании "Нефтегаз Украины" для потребностей населения.
100% акций компании принадлежит НАК "Нефтегаз Украины".

The UkrGasVydobuvannya reports a 60-percent increase of participants of electronic auctions with liquified gas to a record number of 50 companies.
The Ukrainian News learnt this from a statement issued by the press service of the company.
In its statement the company states that systematic holding of electronic auctions on sale of liquified gas at the Ukrainian Energy Exchange and complete transformation of the entire process of production, sale, quality management and marketing strategy has revamped the auction making it accessible to a wider range of participants.
The company reminded that previously UkrGasVydobuvannya held only two auctions per month and because of this the company lacked the agility to respond timely to the changes that took place on the market.
In late 2017, the Cabinet adopted a law allowing sale of liquified gas at electronic exchange auctions.
Now the UkrGasVydobuvannya has the capacity to hold auctions weekly and to respond quickly to price fluctuations on the market.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, UkrGazVydobuvannya is major gas producer in Ukraine and, in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers’ order, it must sell all the gas it produces to the Naftogaz of Ukraine national joint-stock company for the population needs.
100% of shares of the UkrGasVydobuvannya belong to the Naftogaz of Ukraine national joint-stock company.

Согласно сообщению "Донецкокса", данное решение было принято в связи с отсутствием у предприятия дальнейших перспектив осуществлять прибыльную хозяйственную деятельность.
В связи с принятием решения о ликвидации "Донецккокса" кредиторы в двухмесячный срок со дня опубликования сообщения могут заявить свои требования к предприятию.
По данным последней годовой финансовой отчетности, стоимость чистых активов завода составляет 92,574 млн гривен, сумма обязательств - 24,392 млн гривен, размер собственного капитала - 92,574 млн гривен.
Согласно сообщению, учитывая показатели финансовой отчетности по состоянию на 31 декабря 2017 года, активов эмитента достаточно для расчета по его обязательствам.
После удовлетворения требований кредиторов у эмитента могут остаться активы стоимостью 68,182 тыс. гривен для распределения между акционерами, однако окончательная сумма, которая может быть распределена между акционерами, будет установлена ликвидатором после удовлетворения всех возможных требований кредиторов.

Ликвидатором "Донецккокса" был назначен Михаил Вергун, занимавший должность юрисконсульта ООО "Метинвест холдинг".
Как сообщали Українські Новини, по предварительным данным, в 2017 году по сравнению с 2016 "Донецккокс" сократил убыток в 11 раз до 2,504 млн гривен.
15 марта 2017 года компания "Метинвест" заявила о том, что представители самопровозглашенных "Донецкой народной республики" и "Луганской народной республики" захватили ее активы на временно не контролируемых украинской властью территориях в Донецкой и Луганской областях, в том числе и ЧАО "Донецккокс".
Основными акционерами группы "Метинвест" являются SCM (71,24%) и группа "Смарт-холдинг" (23,76%), которые принимают участие в управлении "Метинвестом" на партнерских началах.
100% акций SCM принадлежит бизнесмену Ринату Ахметову.

Shareholders of the Donetskkoks coke plant (Donetsk region) decided to liquidate the plant at a general meeting on March 29.
The Ukrainian News learnt this from a press service of the Metinvest group.
According to the report, the decision to liquidate the plant was taken in view of the absence of profitability in the future.
Creditors of the Donetskkoks have two months since the public announcement of the decision to make their claims.
According to the last financial reporting, the net worth of the plant was UAH 92.574 million, the liabilities - UAH 24.392 million, the equity - UAH 92.574 million.
According to the financial statements of the company as of December 31, 2017, the company has sufficient assets to pay for its liabilities.
After payments to creditors, the company is expected to keep UAH 68,182,000 to be distributed among shareholders, however, the final amount available for stockholder payments will be decided by a temporary administrator after all the claims of the creditors are satisfied.
Mykhailo Verhun previously holding a position of a legal counsel at the Metinvest holding was appointed a temporary administrator.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Donetskkoks reduced its losses 11-fold to UAH 2.504 million in 2017, compared with 2016, according to preliminary data.
Metinvest announced on March 15, 2017, that representatives of the self-proclaimed "Donetsk People's Republic" and "Luhansk People's Republic" had seized its assets in the non-government-controlled areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, including the Donetskkoks PJSC.
The main shareholders of Metinvest are the SCM group (71.24%) and the Smart-Holding group of companies (23.76%), which manage it as a partnership.
Businessman Rinat Akhmetov owns 100% of the shares in SCM.

Об этом говорится в сообщении ГПЗКУ, передают Українські новини.
Отмечается, что делегация ГПЗКУ посетила сельхозвыставку Qatar International Agricultural Exhibition-2018 в Дохе, где и провела встречи с потенциальным партнером.
Согласно сообщению, Hassad Food является одной из крупнейших компаний агропромышленного комплекса Катара.
"Основной целью переговоров было наладить поставки готовой продукции, а именно комбикормов и хлопьев в Катар. По результатам переговоров между ГПЗКУ и руководством Hassad Food была достигнута договоренность по экспортным поставкам украинских комбикормов в Катар по индивидуальным рецептам заказчика. В мае ожидается визит представителя катарской компании в Украину для более детального обсуждения условий экспортных поставок и формирования коммерческих предложений", - сказано в сообщении.
Кроме того, отмечается, что правительство Катара заинтересовано в импорте ячменя и кукурузы из Украины.
Так, ГПЗКУ планирует принять участие в государственном тендере на поставку зерна в Катар.
Как сообщали Українські Новини, Государственная продовольственно-зерновая корпорация Украины (ГПЗКУ) начала весенние форвардные закупки озимых и яровых зерновых культур урожая 2018 года.

The State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine (SFGCU) has agreed with Qatar-based Hassad Food agricultural company about shipment to Qatar of Ukraine-produced feed-stuff products tailored specifically to the customer based on their individual recipe.
The SFGCU has said this in a statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
A delegation of the SFGCU attended an agricultural exhibition, the Qatar International Agricultural Exhibition-2018, held at Doha.
The Hassad Food is one of largest agricultural companies of Qatar.
In May, representatives of the Hassad Food are expected to arrive to Ukraine for negotiations of export shipments and possibly signing a commercial offer.
In addition, according to the statement from the SFGCU, Qatar government is interested in import of barley and corn from Ukraine.
The SFGCU plans to take part in a state auction on shipment of grain to Qatar.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the SFGCU already started springtime forward purchases of winter and spring crops from the 2018 yield.
The SFGCU is a legal successor of all rights and obligations of the former state company SFGCU; 100% of shares of the SFGCU are owned by the state.

Государственное агентство по энергоэффективности и энергосбережению заявляет, что в январе-марте были введены в эксплуатацию объекты возобновляемой энергетики общей мощностью 159,4 МВт.
Об этом говорится в сообщении агентства, передают Українські Новини.
"Этот показатель превышает весь объем мощностей, установленных на протяжении всего 2016 года (121 МВт), и составляет более половины, а именно 61% от объема мощностей, введенных в течение 2017 года (257 МВт)", - подчеркивается в нем.
В частности, в 1-м квартале были введены в эксплуатацию солнечные электростанции общей мощностью 100 МВт, ветряные электростанции (47 МВт), электростанции на биогазе (6,2 МВт), электростанции на биомассе (5,1 МВт) и малые гидроэлектростанции (1,5 МВт).
Всего с начала 2015 года в секторе возобновляемой электроэнергетики введено 567 МВт новых мощностей.
Сообщается, что инвестиции в отрасль с начала 2015 года составили 550 млн евро.
Как сообщали Українські Новини, Государственное агентство по энергоэффективности и энергосбережению констатирует, что в 2017 году по сравнению с 2016 годом ввод в эксплуатацию мощностей объектов возобновляемой энергетики увеличился в 2,1 раза до 257 МВт.

The State Agency of Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving (SAEE) has stated that in January-March it commissioned renewable power-generating facilities of the total designed power of 159.4 MW.
The SAEE has said this in a statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
“This volume exceeds the cumulative volume of power that had been installed during the whole 2016 (121 MW) and makes more than half (61%) of the total power of electric energy-generating facilities commissioned during the whole 2017 (257 MW),” the statement said.
In particular, in the first quarter of 2018, there were solar power plants (SPPs) commissioned with the total designed power of 100 MW, wind power plants (WPPs) with the designed power of 47 MW, biogas-operated power plants (PPs, 6.2 MW), biomass-operated PPs (5.1 MW) and small hydro-electric power plants (HEPPs, 1.5 MW).
Since the beginning of 2015, there were 567 MW of renewable power-generating facilities commissioned.
There was EUR 550 million of investments made in the renewable energy sector since the early 2015.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the SAEE stated that in 2017 the number and the volume of commissioned renewable power-generating facilities grew 2.1 times to 257 MW to compare with 2016.

The procedure for performing control over informative-dispatching taxi services and their compliance with law requirements is defined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.”

All Proprietary Information of DISCLOSING PARTY shall be and at all times remain the property of such DISCLOSING PARTY, and all non-oral Proprietary Information of DISCLOSING PARTY which is then in RECEIVING PARTY’s possession or control shall be destroyed or returned to such DISCLOSING PARTY promptly upon its written request at any time, and in any event, no later than sixty (60) days following the expiration or termination of this Agreement; provided, however, that RECEIVING PARTY may retain one copy of DISCLOSING PARTY’s Proprietary Information for purposes of determining ongoing confidentiality or regulatory obligations. Each party shall, upon request, certify as to its compliance with the preceding sentence.
2. No expiration or termination of this Agreement shall relieve RECEIVING PARTY of its obligations pursuant to Sections 3 through 5 with respect to Proprietary Information disclosed prior to the effective date thereof, and the provisions of those Sections shall survive for a period of five (5) years following any such expiration or termination.
3. RECEIVING PARTY hereby undertakes to indemnify and hold DISCLOSING PARTY harmless against any loss, expense, claim, harm or damage of whatever nature, suffered by DISCLOSING PARTY pursuant to a breach by RECEIVING PARTY or its personnel, of the provisions of this Agreement. In the event of breach of any of the conditions of this agreement by either Party, the other Party has the right to seek an immediate injunction in the court of competent jurisdiction as well as the right to pursue all rights and remedies available at law or in equity.
