My professional background is in journalism, psychotherapy and movement meditation. I also have academic records in western and asian cinema, arts and cultural related work.

I live in a Norwegian ecovillage with my Australian husband and our young daughter. 

My writing has expanded from youth poems and hundreds of diary-pages, to articles in some of the leading newspapers in Norway. I deliver powerful lines in a sophisticated language.

My studies/trainings:

• Bachelor of journalism. I have worked for regional and national newspapers like Aftenposten, Aftenbladet and Sunnmørsposten. I have worked solely on text-editing for the newspaper Nationen.
• Bachelor of arts in cultural work. Including one year of social science: sociology. I have worked in cinemas, youth clubs, art exhibitions, etc.
• Certified teacher of the 5Rhythms dance/movement meditation, by the Moving Centre in New York, after 12 years and thousands of hours on the dance floor. 
• Certification of counselling and constellation work. I am trained in Identity Orientet Psychotraumatherapy (IOPT) by professor Franz Ruppert.
