SAFETY RULES
This manual has been drawn up to help the authorized personnel to operate the ____ vertical cartooning machine.
The Customer must run, clean and control the machine properly, and must also ensure its safe use.
To prevent accidents, the personnel charged for using and servicing the vertical cartooning machine must know proper operation, cleaning and control procedures.
WARNING: The equipment must be serviced only by authorized personnel!
• We suggest wearing safety goggles and safety gloves, and to take off your watches and other objects while working on the equipment.
• Pay special attention while working near any moving part.
• Do not let your hair get near any moving part.
• Do not wear loose clothing which could get stuck in the machine.
• Constantly preserve safe conditions around the equipment.
• Keep the area free from any obstacles or debris.
• Clean up any liquid and prevent the floor become slippery.
• Before starting up the equipment, make sure there is no danger for those who are working.
• Comply with all the warnings and instructions on the equipment and in the user manual.
• Do not place any foreign matter or liquid inside the vertical cartooning machine.
• Clean and inspect the equipment on a routine basis in order to secure the favourable working conditions all the time.
• When cleaning never use strong acid.
• Handle the control panel with care. Never use pen or any other sharp object to press the key, use your fingers only. Never use detergent to clean the keyboard.

Інструкція надана для допомоги персоналу, що має дозвіл для роботи з вертикальною машиною ________ для пакування в картонну тару.
Клієнт повинен належно керувати, доглядати і слідкувати за машиною, а також гарантувати безпеку під час її використання.
Для попередження аварій персонал, призначений для використання і обслуговування вертикальної машини для пакування картону, повинен знати порядок роботи її надійного функціонування, чищення і управління.
ПОПЕРЕДЖЕННЯ: Обладнання повинно обслуговуватись тільки спеціалістами, що мають дозвіл на експлуатацію та управління!
• Ми радимо використовувати захисні окуляри і захисні рукавиці, знімати годинник та інші предмети під час роботи на обладнанні.
• Бути уважним під час роботи біля рухомих деталей.
• Бути обережним, щоб не допустити попадання вашого волосся в рухомі частини машини.
• Не одягати просторого одягу під час роботи на обладнанні.
• Постійно дотримуватись умов безпеки під час знаходження поряд з обладнанням.
• Тримати територію вільною від нагромаджень чи сміття.
• Прибирати будь-яку рідину, щоб уникати слизької підлоги.
• Перед запуском обладнання впевнитись, що немає загрози для тих, хто працює.
• Виконуйте всі попередження і вказівки надані в інструкції з експлуатації стосовно обладнання.
• Не розміщуйте будь-які сторонні матеріали, предмети чи рідину в середині вертикальної машини для пакування.
• Регулярно чистіть і перевіряйте обладнання для забезпечення сприятливих умов для праці.
• Під час прибирання не використовуйте сильні кислоти.
• Необхідно обережно регулювати контрольну панель. Не використовуйте ручку або інші гострі предмети для натискання – натискайте тільки пальцями. Не використовуйте миючи засоби для чищення панелі управління.

Introducing MS365 Apps & Services
Dear colleagues,
As announced Company decided to move to the Microsoft 365 Cloud environment, this will help us bringing our communication and collaboration with our (international) colleagues and external contacts to the next level! This month we start rolling out Office 365 and some of its collaboration apps. Applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and others will be available online through Office 365. And this is on any device (laptop, smartphone and tablet) at any moment at any place. Next to that, depending on your needs, you’ll also get access to other apps . This week IT will start the migration of the Outlook mailboxes to the cloud environment. You’ll be informed once your migration is completed.
During the next few months, all of us will be learning more about the many capabilities Office 365 has to offer. As you understand this process will take some time and we also ask for your patience and flexibility during the technical implementation by our IT team.
You‘ll be informed and guided via e-mail on the planned activities and required actions from your side.
Within your team, one or two colleagues will be appointed as key users, they will assist their direct colleagues with operational, day-to-day questions regarding the Office 365 tools, of course you can still count on our IT team for technical support! If you have questions concerning this service or preparation for the launch, don't hesitate to contact IT or MarCom.
As we all know and often experience, change is never easy … and so it will surely take some time and effort from all of us to learn to work with this new toolset, but I am confident you will appreciate the new level of efficiency and collaboration Office 365 can facilitate. I encourage all of you to start using it as soon as the rollout is complete.
