HELLO,

I
am Sudipta Chowdhury, From West Bengal, India, a native speaker of
Bengali. After completing my graduation from Presidency College, I have
completed my higher studies (M.A.) in Bengali Language & Literature at
University of Calcutta. After that I continue my PhD research program in the
field of Bengali Folktales. Some of my research paper was
published on various renowned journals like Visava-Bharati Ptrika, Peer
Reviewed journal of University of Calcutta, Peer Reviewed journal
of S.S. College, Assam etc. and books like Encyclopedia of
Bengali Folklore and so on. On the other hand I was a participant of some
International Seminar as a paper presenter. Besides I have also
written a book on Biographical notes on Folklorists, named ‘Desh-Bidesher
Lokebyaktitwa’.

Presently
I have started translations job as a Freelancer (English to Bengali
Translation, Subtitling, Bengali Proof Reading) and I have gained some experience in the said
field. I am confident that I will be able to satisfy the clients’ criteria and
deliver the work within the stipulated time.
