Vážení kolegovia,
dovoľte aby som Vás srdečne pozval dňa 16.11.2018 o 09:00 hod. na výročie založenia Stredoeurópskej vysokej školy (SEVS) v Skalici. Skalica je okresné mesto ležiace na západe Slovenska v Trnavskom kraji. Skalica patrí medzi mestá s množstvom zachovalých kultúrnych pamiatok. Medzi najvýznamnejšie patrí románska rotunda zasvätená svätému Jurajovi. SEVS bola založená 16. novembra 2005. Jej ambíciou je rozvíjať hodnoty vzdelania a kultúry, poznania a vzdelanosti. Tieto hodnoty priniesli už františkáni v 15. storočí. SEVS ponúka špecializované úplné univerzitné vzdelanie v atraktívnych a úzko profilovaných akreditovaných študijných programoch. Príďte nahliadnuť do „našej“ školy.

Dear colleagues,
allow me to cordially invite you to the anniversary of the establishment of Stredoeurópska vysoká škola SEVŠ in Skalica on November 16 at 9 o'clock in the morning. Skalica is a district city in Trnavský kraj in western Slovakia. Skalica belongs to cities with a lot of well-preserved cultural monuments. A Romanesque rotunda dedicated to Saint Juraj belongs to the most significant ones. SEVS was founded on November 16 in 2005. Its ambition is to develop the values of education, culture, and knowledge.These values were already brought here by the Franciscans in the 15th century. SEVS offers a complete, specialized university education in an attractive, and narrowly profiled accredited study programs. Come and take a look into “our” school.

I'm a native Slovak speaker who has spent all his life in Slovakia. I was also exposed to Czech a lot during my childhood. Due to the similarity between the two languages, I have a working proficiency in Czech. My English proficiency is at a near-native level & I'm a CAE certificate owner. I have some translating, proofreading, transcription, and speech data collection experience. I also have extensive experience in teaching Slovak & English as a freelancer online (>100 students, >1,000 hours).
