After working in sales, marketing & business development for almost 30 years, I, along with my wife, started our own Training & HR Consultancy “People MPower Consultants” . My role in this consultancy is to develop training content and translating them in Bengali as per requirement of clients. While translating training contents in bengali, I suddenly discovered my expertise in doing the same and decided to take it up as a career option along with my existing role
