Translation - Norwegian Jeg møtte K asia og Sebastian i november på IKEA-restauranten utenfir Oslo, ikke langt fra hjemmet deres. Vi var omgitt av fornøyde handlende, tyggende på svenske kjøttbullar, fra høytalerne strømmet julesanger, og de fortalte om sitt drama. Barnevernet hadde fratatt dem åtteårige Natalia og Karol på ett og et halvt. Begge rundt de førti, bosatt i Norge siden 2006. Han fra Szczecin, bilmekaniker. Hun fra Katowice. Så fort hun hadde lært seg norsk, opprettet hun sitt eget firma: transport, flytting og vasking.

I have approcimately 10 years experience as a translator and interpreter. I translate English into Norwegian and Polish into to Norwegian. My native tongue is Norwegian. I specialice in medical translation, pharmacy and medical equipment, law and human relations. I have translated one non-fiction book from Polish into Norwegian. The topic of the book is the Norwegian Organisation for Child welfare taking care of vulnerable and abused children. The book consists of interviews with and the accounts of a group of Polish families living in Norway, with this Organisation. The book is written by Polish journalist Maciej Czarnecki.
