Source text - English We know why we tour as tourists.
You know why you may choose some parts of the globe over others by reasons such as family, cheap prices and activities- but do you specifically know why we tour?
Tourism varies a number of ways: time, number of tourists, and different reasons being just some.
For example, you may spend 2 weeks in Borth which has thousands of tourists, or you may tour in the Amazon for a month where there are little tourists and for the purpose of ecotourism.
Because of recent falls in the economy and general decrease of salary, many people are looking for cheaper places to tour.
This means more money for the cheaper resorts, that tend to be Mass Tourism destinations and a big company.
Tourism can have positive and negative effects: money, jobs and a good recognition are common positives that tourism brings.
However, Global warming, pollution and destruction of habitat are all negatives people are concerned about.
Solutions are being carried out to make tourism more eco-friendly.
Eco-tourism helps local communities, wildlife and produces much less pollution than mass tourism.
But are the general public willing to tour in eco-tourist destinations?

Знаете защо може да изберете някои части на земното кълбо над други по причини като семейството, евтините цени и дейностите, но знаете ли конкретно защо пътуваме?
Туризмът варира по няколко начина: време, брой туристи и някои други различни причини.
Например, можете да прекарате 2 седмици в Борт, където има хиляди туристи, или да пътувате в Амазонка за един месец, където има малко туристи и за целите на еко-туризъм.
Поради скорошни спадове в икономиката и общия спад на заплатите, много хора търсят по-евтини места за пътуване.
Това означава повече пари за по-евтините курорти, които са дестинации за масов туризъм и са голяма компания.
Туризмът може да има положителни и отрицателни последици: парите, работните места и доброто признание са общи положителни резултати, които туризмът носи.
Въпреки това, глобалното затопляне, замърсяването и унищожаването на местообитанията са негативи, за които хората са загрижени.
Реализират се решения, които да направят туризма по еко-съобразен.
Еко-туризмът помага на местните общности, дивата природа и произвежда много по-малко замърсяване от масовия туризъм.
